All my items were as expected, shipping was quick, and when one of my mugs came with a broken handle, it was very easy and QUICK to get a new one! I think how a company corrects a mistake says a lot about them!

I wanted my parents and my in laws to have a special Christmas as first time grandparents. So I googled personalized mugs and Personalization mall came up and was having a sale. I was a little skeptical at first but I decided to take a chance. These personalized mugs that I received were better than I had imagine. The photos on the mugs are very clear and the mug is of good quality! Will be purchasing again!!

My experience with Personalization Mall.com started after my mother died last October + I created a mug for my brothers + sister to memorialize favorite pictures we had of Mom+Dad. I decided to create a mug for my uncle who is still grieving his beloved wife after 5 years. Since he drinks tea every morning + loved a certain picture of his wife. I put together a memorial mug for him + created pictures of his sons, Rick + John who also have passed. John passing last December and Rick passing in 1996. All the mugs, mine + Uncle Jack's turned out beautiful + are a lasting legacy to our families who have gone to be with their Lord and we will all meet again in the Garden of Paradise

The mug was fun to make and gave it as a gift as a remembrance of a trip we took. Our friends loved it as much as we loved giving it. It is excellent quality and a great product. Being able to use 6 photos on the mug makes it extra special!

I ordered this mug in celebration of one of my niece's birthday and it was beautiful. Ironically, the mug arrived to her with a big chip at the top. I called the company the next day and it was replaced without any trouble. She received the replacement mug within a few days and was extremely happy.
