Plaque is size of a diary. Real small and no stand.

Although I am sure the dimensions were provided, when I opened the package, I was really surprised at how small this item is. However, the glass is thick and the inscription on it is perfect. I was just expecting it to be about twice the size it is. You would really have to get up on it to read the inscription, but it is ok. It is as described, just not as displayed. The size of the looks of it online is misleading. The real let down for me is that I paid extra for the gift wrapping and was very disappointed with the worn beat up box that was sent as a gift box. I was really surprised that they would send a box that was scraped up with multiple dents, ripped seams, and punctures in it, knowing it could not be used to give as presentation of a gift. The gift box is clearly a joke and solely a quick upcharge, and they do not care at all about quality for the customer. Bottom line ... Item is ok, but SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR GIFT WRAPPING!!!

Beautiful but smaller than I thought.

Even in this Pandemic my graduate received the gift on time.

The product is nice, as described, however, I found it a bit small... It is a block so it stands on its own, but an option to hang it would have been appreciated. The picture looks a lot smaller than the final product for the price paid. Being able to personalize it made it worthwhile though.

Just that it is too heavy and made me feel like that I have to be EXTRA careful without breaking it.

The Keepsake is attractive and clean. The inscription is a bit small, thus not easy to read. The personal inscription is entirely too small and very difficult to read.

I love the poem, but was a little shocked that it is lightweight plastice material. I thought it was going to be glass. Still looks nice, but not as classy as I'd hoped!

I was very dissappointed in the size. Other than that it's very nice.

I was happy with my order a little bugged when I saw that it went on sale a couple of days after I purchased it.

This item is nice and I knew the personalized letters were going to be small but now I see you need a magnifying glass to read the message. Don't buy it unless
you know the person receiving it has good eyesight.

The product arrived on time and what packaged securely. After opening the package I was somewhat disappointed it was not what I expected.

I purchased this keepsake as a graduation gift and was disappointed in the size, font and quality. The print is too small to read. Unfortunately, I am unable to return for a full refund. So disappointed!!

I have ordered personalized gifts from Personalization Mall in the past and have been completely satisfied. Unfortunately, my most recent - not so much, as it was twice received damaged. I have now cancelled my order and expect a refund. The poor rating is strictly due to the damaged product received - not the choice, as it would have been a wonderful keepsake graduation gift.

I purchased this item for a friend's graduation, but when it came in a mail, great was my disapointnment because it was way too small and looked cheap. You couldn't even read the writings on it.I was not happy at all.

When I ordered this item they put it on a darker background and it was easy to read the content but when I got it it was hard to read because the glass and white writting made it hard to read. I didn't like it atall. Oh! and the box that they charge 6.95 doesn't worth paying it is just to advertise their Co. what a rip off!
