As one of Atlanta's Top Producing Realtors, I was so excited to begin offering my clients a custom welcome mat at closing. I received them and they are cloth-like not a durable material that typical welcome mats are made of.. also not sure why they thought putting their manufacturing sticker on the front of the mat was a good idea (each one has one on them).. removing the sticker also removes a portion of the ink and leaves a stain.. if they're necessary they should be placed on the rubber side of the mat.

I loved the product the only problem was black ink smears on the color parts of the rug. Otherwise, it would have been great.

I've purchased personalized rugs from pm in the past and was completely satisfied. however;my last purchase was not up to the standards in the pass. I called in hopes of an exchange but sadly I was denied a credit or exchange. gratefully it was not a large purchase.

Do not recommend the grey background. It is a lot lighter in grey than the photo. The writing color I selected has turned the entire mat a similar color. I re ordered a different darker back ground in hopes the mat turns out better this time.
I did like the added black rubber, thank goodness!

Ordered this when it came the design was good but the quality of the color was very poor. Very low color quality of the design. We'll not order here again

The first doormat we got was OK, but did not look all that great. We then ordered the second doormats that we really like and are VERY pleased with. (See other reviews).

Replacement after last one faded to nothing after 2 years. Seems to be same construction.

Mat quality is good, image was nice, but the image was not centered both times.

The mat was great but the picture was very fuzzy and dark. I got the picture from their website, so I was surprised at the final product.

The script and size is good, but thickness and quality is not.

The personalization was fine but the mat was a very poor quality.
I'm embarrassed to give an item that looks so cheap as a gift.

The mat was extremely thin, which I fear will be a tripping hazard for my elderly parents. Does not lay flat easily. The surface of it had a defect about the size of a dime, but needed to get it mailed for Christmas, so did not return.

Black print looks nice. Good price. The material was not as thick as expected.

I asked customer svc if this was a true red. They told me it was. It is not. It is very much an orangey red. My order was also misprinted, which Personalization Mall gave me a full credit for (including shipping) without any hassle. I was happy about that and the friendliness and helpfulness of the customer service reps I spoke to.

I got several items from Personalization Mall, and was satisfied with the others, but this one was a disappointment. Too light weight too smooth no traction. Very unsatisfied.

was sent the wrong mat. Called customer service and they stepped up right away and reordered the mat. Will have to wait and see

It has no cover so if your design has any white, it's impossible to use as a door mat and not have it dirty the first time it's stepped on. It's felt and I wouldn't recommend it.

I received this personalized mat and also ordered the rubber outside mat for the mat to sit in. However, the insert does not fit snugly into the rubber outside part. I thought it would snap in, but it just sits there with the edges turned up. I may have to glue it down. Any suggestions? Not happy about that...

I wanted to give this mat as a gift but it is of poor quality and cannot be used as an outdoor mat as I wanted. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

This was not the quality or size that I invisioned. I live in Ohio and a strong wind will take this mat away. But it is fun with the monogramming.
