This product is beautiful- bigger than I was expecting ! The only thing I will change is staining the ends of the wood myself - not sure why they leave them natural! Will order more for my grown children !

I received this item and it was great, except the text was slightly misaligned and not completely on the plaque. I reached out to customer service and almost immediately received a response with an apology and a note that they had rushed production on a new one for me.
