The ornament is beautiful and I love it. But there is a distinct white dot on the picture on the baby’s mouth. It is almost perfect. Ornament is well done.

Love the ornament, but for some reason the pictures are fuzzy on all 5 ornaments I ordered this year. This one is slightly fuzzy but not worth having it redone. I have ordered several times before with only one ornament having to be redone last year so I am basically happy with the company. I actually have 2 that I hope can be redone this year. I hope whatever is causing the unclear pictures gets resolved so I can continue ordering in the future.

Ornament arrived. Bag was bigger than expected and ornament was slightly smaller but a great weight.

I love my picture ornament! The print quality isn't the absolute best considering they were professional pictures. But I take into consideration that the ornament is small so the picture was sized down a lot.

I loved the ornaments. Excellent quality. Pictures came out better than expected compared to how they looked online. I was disappointed in the "rope" that came with the ornament to hang them, it is pretty black satin ribbon - but it is too flimsy for the weight of the ornament and I am sure will not last too long. I thought it would be much thicker. Overall though, I love the ornament!

I really like the ornament except for 2 things; one of which cannot be remedied, and one that can. The first, which can't be changed, is that the hole for the ribbon is right in the middle of the person in the picture's face. The other, that probably can be changed, is that the color of the picture came out very yellow. Otherwise, it is a very nice ornament!

I ordered this ornament to commemorate my grandson's 1st Christmas and was blown away by it! Photo and personalization completed very quickly, delivered in just a couple days, and a nice quality porcelain product! I especially like that it show exactly how old baby is at his 1st Christmas (1 month, 16 days!). I would've given it five stars except the photo was reproduced darker than the original I submitted. Comes nicely packaged for gift-giving. I will definitely ordered this item for future

quality product, just a little disappointed in the color. Both sides were a little dark. Not as sharp as the photo.

I was pleased with the product; I always get individual ornaments for my grandkids and always get them from Personalization Mall--they do a great job.

We bought this for our son's 1st Christmas as a memento. It's such a cute idea and we loved how it has his age on it as well. We received it and the material used is good quality, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the font on the back and the picture came out a bit fuzzy. It's still cute, I just wish the quality looked more like the picture.

I ordered this ornament last year and was very sad when I took it out this year and saw that the colors had bled on my son's picture. I wrote pmall an email and they immediately apologized and shipped me a new one. I am extremely satisfied with the replacement and the company's response and have since ordered 3 more ornaments to adorn my tree next year.

The actual ornament is really cute. I love that its glass (because I thought it was going to be hard plastic or something else) but the picture was just darker than I had hoped for.

everyone who received the baby ornament loved it..i wish the picture/image could have been "crisper" when it appeared on the ornament..but all in all it was a big hit for our Christmas..

Great quality for the price. I wish I could of personalized the back, like some of the others. Slow processing and shipping.

The ornament is cute. Wished I used a different pic, because it printed rather dark.

I ordered this post-Xmas with a pic of my daughter from Xmas day. It's very adorable and looks exactly like it does on the website. I am concerned about it's frailness and ability to last through the years. Seems like it could easily chip or break if it is dropped or falls from tree. But I absolutely love it and will cherish having on my tree for hopefully many Christmases to come.

Love it! Only deducted one star b/c the picture on the back printed darker than the image I chose (and it was a professionally taken picture - unedited). The preview shown here is what I was expecting, but instead of her santa hat being red, it came out more of a maroon and her skin looks tan. Other than that, it came exactly as it looks online. Packaged well for storing with all of my other special ornaments.

I loved the quality of the ornament ! Great job. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the delivery after I placed the orderi it stated it would ship in 1-2 business days it took more like 8 business days to ship.
Overall though the quality was superb!!

I am pretty happy with my order. I had two of these ornaments made with a picture of my baby nephew as gifts. I placed the order on December 2nd and it was delivered on December 15th. My one small complaint is that the picture came out a bit dark. Other than that, I would recommend this personalized ornament.

turned out better than I thought it would, love that I you can put any date and see how old you are on Christmas Day. I put my wedding date, and even my husband like it and he is picky.

Even though my niece is already three, I retroactively bought her a first Christmas ornament. I bought the pink version. I love that it says exactly how old she was on her first Christmas, and I thought the color combo on the ornament against the white background was fun and pretty. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Ornament was super cute! I wanted something that was not the "traditional" first Christmas stuff and this was perfect!

Ordered this for my grandson because it was different from the usual ornament but still personalized. My daughter loves it.

I originally ordered and received this item in December. The printing was off center and the hole for the ribbon therefore was also off center. After many weeks, I find out that the wrong item was re made from a different order and reshipped!
All is well now.

The product description mentions that the woodgrain can show through the photo. This was the case with my ornament; unfortunately the effect with the photo I submitted was not attractive. Consider this carefully when ordering. However, the personalized info on the back calculating baby's age on the day of their first Christmas is cute. Shipping was quick and the site is easy to use.
