Delighted that I have a loving and positive way to pay tribute and respect to loved ones who are no longer here to celebrate Christmas with. Warms my heart to be able to include them in such a special way! The product is well made and will be on my tree every year from now on.

I purchased these ornaments as gifts for my friends who lost their loved ones. I wanted to find a way to include them in the holidays. It worked...they loved remembering their loved one in such a special way.

Opened my purchase, it was very touching. Expected the crystal to be a little thicker, but the engraving is nice and readable.

Love the cross ornament, they are absolutely beautiful. I would have liked the glass to be a little bit thicker.I have not yet decided how I will display them.

Very nice but I thought this was glass but its plastic but still nice and light weight for tree. I bought one for me and my brother and all the grandkids and they Love it

I thought the ornament would be a little bigger. However, I do like it and it is very complimenting to my Christmas tree. What a great way for my children to always remember their Grandmother during the holidays.

One of my names has a "Z" in it. The scriptive, cursive font used does not have the "tail" on the lower case "z", so it looks like a cursive,lower case "r". This was ordered as a gift, and I dont think the recipient should have to scrutinize the name of a loved one so hard as to finally see the name is written correctly.I ordered 2 other crosses, and they are beautiful. I would recommend ordering the dove if the name of your loved one has a "Z" in it.

Crosses are very nice quality and pretty much what I expected after reading the other reviews before ordering them. Yes, they are somewhat thin, but not horrible by any means. Etching is nice, but the cross needs to be displayed with something dark behind it (not a white wall) for the imprint to show up nicely. A better quality ribbon would be nice. Satisfied overall.

I purchased this gift in memorium for my grandmother a year after her passing. Initially, I was going to get one for just myself. Then I received an awesome coupon offer and couldn't resist getting two more: one for my only remaining aunt on my mom's side (my grandmother's daughter) and the other for my closest female cousin. The ornaments of course bought tears to their eyes but they loved them! My only disappointment is that I thought they would be tad thicker, but the engraving was beautiful. Overall, I very pleased with this product.

We all loved the memorial cross ornaments I bought about my mother for my sisters and father and for me. My sisters said they were their best Christmas gift. We lost our mom in October, and this was the family's first Christmas without her. The memorials meant a lot to all of us. The personalization came out real nice. We will cherish these the rest of our lives.

This was lovely and delivered in a timely manner. One note though the bottom of the cross was cut a bit off center though not too noticeable. This was inscribed beautifully and the recipient was deeply moved

Ornament came out very gorgeous. It look just like the picture. The printed words was very clear. I bought one for myself and one for my cousin and she loved it. Looks great on the tree with the crystal snowflakes. It was the best thing to represent my grandmother for the holidays. Only wish I could have wrote more words with her fav saying "It's never good bye, it's I see you later".

Beautifully etched and prompt delivery. Only thing is not showy on a flocked Christmas tree.

This ornament was well made and the service was quick and easy. The engraving was exactly as requested. My only issue is that the glass wasn't as thick as I expected it to be.

The glass cross is very nice - not tacky in any way. It has subtle beauty, being just etched glass with graceful lines. I especially like that it is not christmasy at all, yet you could use as a christmas ornament. Or you can put somewhere special year round.

My only complaint would be that the ribbon hanger is a little cheap, but you can always replace that with something else to step it up a bit.

This cross is very beautiful!!! I bought this for a friend that loss two very special doggies. The other dog memorial ornaments you can only put one name and you must put their dates on it. I loved this one because I could put two names and instead of the dates I put "I Love You" Truly special memorial ornament. I would recommend this beautiful ornament. The only thing I didn't like so much is that you can't see it very well on the tree. But still is very meaningful and special ornament.

The ornament arrived very quickly and it is beautiful. The downfall is the paper thin glass. The only annoyance was that they put a "made in China" sticker directly on all 3 that I ordered which I had to scrape off with my fingernail which risked scratching and then had to remove the glue. I don't think that sticker was necessary.

They are pretty, but very small.
Smaller than I thought they would be. I guess they have so they don't weigh down the Christmas tree.

Although the cross is pretty, I felt it was small and very thin.

Did not realize it was so small. We can hardly read the names. It is beautiful but disappointed in it.

It seemed a little rough around the outside. I really thought it would have been less sharp around the outside of ornament in case a kid grabbed it. It is pretty but not what I thought it would be. I absolutely love the rest of everything I always get from here except this one wasn't a buy again ornament for me.

The etching is so fine that it is extremely hard to read what we had engraved. Not happy with purchase.

I bought the item as a memorial ornament for my husband. The engraving was nice, but the ornament was flimsy. I also bought the tear shaped ornament, and that one was really nice. The shape of the cross was a bit skewed. No worries though, it is still nice enough to meet the original intent.

The cross is to light I hung it on a ornament holder but its not noticeable at all. Its glass understandable, maybe something with color would have stood out more.
