I expected a little better quality glass since they ae so small but it's the memory that counts. These are for family members

I expected this to look crystal clear with pretty etching and it just looked subpar to me. The frosted part is blotchy looking...I was disappointed because it was for a friend that lost their baby. I wanted it be special. While it's not horrible.. and the value definitely reflects the sale price I paid... I was still hoping for more.

I didn't realize that the letter "z" in the font that was used would look incomplete. I called to inquire and was told that was the way the font looks for the letter "z". A bit disappointed but love the ornament!

The engraving is too light that you can hardly see it. I accidently put the wrong date of death, and no one caught it. I put 1081 instead of 1981,but they just didn't care. was not impressed with customer service.

This isn't a bad product, but it doesn't look like it does online. The shape is awkward and the lettering looks faded and worn.

this was a pretty piece, was getting it for my best friend as her mother died recently. very difficult to read the years born and yeard died, seemed way too faded out to read:(

I had ordered these ornaments before for family of loved ones that had passed...they were heavy and thick etched glass..beautiful...while the etching and prsonalization is beautiful..the ornament is thin and not thick grade glass like my others...disappointed but will order again.

I wish I could have added my son's full name on the cross - otherwise it is very pretty - a bit fragile but comes with a nice bag to keep it safe in when not in use. A very nice purchase.

I thought this item would be a little nicer. It kind of looks feels cheap.

I purchased this memorial cross but was a little disappointed because I asked for a J for the first name but it actually looked like a T when I received it. I did review the sample ahead of my order but I thought the J would look more like a J when I received it.

The name on the cross included a 'z' (Nendza). As you can see from the photo the 'z' in this script looks like an 'n'.

I should have looked at the sizing before I ordered. This is so tiny. It fits in my hand. The lettering was ok except for the letter z which looks more like a letter n. I checked back to this order to make sure I didn't misspell my mother's name. I did not misspell. It doesn't feel like glass, it feels like plastic. I could break it in half if I wanted to. I thought it would be thicker judging by the picture online. The etching is just ok. I have purchased over 20 items from Personalization Mall and this is the first one I'm dissatisfied with. Pick another ornament, this one is subpar. I've included two photos, zoom in to see the lettering and you'll see what I mean by the letter z looking like an n. And you can see how small the ornament is. I tried to submit two photos but it would only accept one.

In the picture the engraved cross looks beautiful. In person, it looks cheaper and not of very good quality. I was going to give this as a gift, but I'm not sure it's nice enough to do that.

This ornament is a cheap piece of junk. Thin and will break in your hand if you bend it too hard. Engraving very small and hard to read compared to the beautiful, magnified, and misleading image. I called and was denied a refund as the product was personalized so in the trash it went as this would be an embarrassment to give to someone already grieving.

This ornament looks so beautiful online and high quality. Well, you get what you pay for. This is a very thin, cheap glass ornament. I could probably break it easily in my hands and the slightest bump will have it shattered. The engraving is magnified online and looks much larger than it really is. The floral scrolls feel scratchy as well. Ornament is also much smaller than it appears online so read dimensions carefully. Overall it is a pretty style but very cheaply made. Even the silver ribbon attached is stiff and poorly made. They will not refund with personalization either so really be aware if you don't like it, you're stuck!
