Love it Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I thought it was flexible material, like rubber. But it is rigid, like hard plastic. Other than that, it is very light and seems durable.

It’s okay The picture looks nice but the plastic piece that connects the ring looks flimsy. I am going to replace the ring because it looks like it will break easily.

So nice Loved the way the keychain came out! It was a Father’s Day gift for my dad from my daughter. The keychain looks exactly as the example did for the most part. I made the mistake on the wording and didn’t capitalize Papa, wish they had a one time change button after ordering. But the product is great!

Keep your family close :) I ordered this keyring with a picture of me with my granddaughter, her husband and their daughter on a trip we made to Martha's Vineyard. It turned out nice, as most of your personalized items do, but I did think it was going to be a little bigger. All in all, I'm satisfied as always.

Thoughtful anniversary present! I got this for my boyfriend and I’s anniversary and he loved it! I have mine kept in my keychain and he has his on his keychain. The only thing is you have to be careful if it’s in your keychain because I accidentally dropped it and the corner cracked just a tiny bit.

Annual gift Every mother's day I buy these from my children to the woman in our lives. (8+ keychains) The quality of the picture came out grainy and didn't look that way on the preview and I called the company. They sent new keychains but it was the same exact thing. A little disappointed with the quality of product.

Photo Key Ring The product arrived in a timely manner and it's a good size key ring. I would say the picture came out a little darker than the original, but overall it made a great gift.

Beautiful keepsake! My mom has always wanted a photo keychain for her house keys so she can show off her granddaughters all the time. Found this great one!! The only reason I don't give it 5stars is the little white plastic thingy, it broke and my dad lost his, when my mom's started to break, she took it out and put it directly in the metal ring, not as nice-looking but not lost, other than that great product!

My granddaughter I am very pleased with my purchase. I would have given them a 5-star rating except I don't know they will hold up. I suspect they will last for a very long time but I don't know that right now. I would use them for future orders!

Nice product Purchased this for my Husband for fathers Day. When it first arrived there was an error on the bottom. A white line was printed accross. I contacted customer aver vice who was extremely helpful and fast. They shipped me out a perfect corrected replacement in no time. The picture square is very durable and a very nice size. Very happy with the product and P mall service!!

I bought two of these a year ago for each of my parents and my mom's broke a few weeks ago after a year of use. (My dad keeps his in his room and not on his keys, whereas my mom kept hers on her keys.) I wish it would've lasted longer, but she loves it so much that I just ordered her another identical one. It is certainly a sentimental piece that anyone would love, but hopefully they make one in the future made of sturdier material.

Not exactly what expected When I reviewed my order right before placing it, everything was correct but when I received it, the picture wasn't complete, other than that, it's a good gift to give. Hopefully the recipient will love it....

Love it! I got this key chain for myself with a picture of me and my daughter. I assumed it was a rubbery type material but when it came I saw that the keychain was made out of a hard material. Kind of like proclein. I hope it won't break easily. But other than that, I love the quality of it.
