 Quality not what expectedBy Shopper  (Delran, NJ) - October 25, 2016 The quality of the product was not what I expected it is made of cheap lightweight plastic. The picture I used can out grainy and it wasn't what inappreciated online. Bought it to give as a gift but now I am not sure I will give it.

Decent It looks great only problem there was for me is that there bigger then what I Thought. there like little miniure wooden coasters. I think it came out decent

Not bad but not what I expected It's a cute keyring but I expected the photo image quality to be better. Website even said my picture resolution was perfect so I don't understand why it's so pixelated. I'm sure my husband will love it anyway since it coming from our 7 month old. I'd personally would be more weary to give it out to anyone else from me.

happy buuuuut By Shopper (Louisville, KY) - December 23, 2014 I am most pleased with the outcome of my order, however I believe for a key chain the product is very delicate. A person could really only put one no more than two keys on this ring. I am afraid that it might break. Because this is a memorial gift, I am hoping my friends will do as so. I believe maybe putting an outside protective casing around it would help

I would rather have the option to change the font to something more fun or personal. It looks like it was typed on an old typewriter....otherwise, great item for the price.

Bigger than I thought The picture and print were nice, but the square shape was too big to fit comfortably in my husband's pocket. Would have worked better if it was more rectangular in shape.

I'm a little disappointed in the photo quality; it looks a little yellowed/discolored and didn't look that way in the preview. It is a pretty lightweight plastic piece, which I did expect.

Not what I expected The key chain arrived on time and in good condition, but it wasn't what I expected. The square portion ins really too big and awkward for a key chain. On top of that, the picture was way to zoomed in, although, I felt, it looked different on the computer when I made it. The lettering on the back looked cheap. All in all, I would not purchase this item again.

The back could use some flare. The front of the key chain looks really great, but the back looks kind of empty. It would be nice if they would let you choose the font size and style.

Present for myself By Shopper (rock spring, GA) - May 21, 2012 I ordered this product as a gift for myself. It was an easy process to upload a pic that I wanted to use for the keychain. The keychain was larger than I had expected, which was a nice surprise.

Picture Key Chain I ordered 2 picture key chains as Christmas gifts for my son's 2 grandmoms. I'm not exactly thrilled with the product, but i'm also not unhappy with it at the same time. It's a nice keychain in the fact that you can put the perfect picture on it that you choose and also personalize it with a cute little saying. I think that the quality of the picture printing could be better. Both that I ordered came out very pixeled and the one has 3 small white dots that were not on the original picture. Either way I know my son's grandmoms will love the gift and not even notice the imperfections. Great gift for loved ones, friends, and even teachers.

Good, not awesome I ordered this item a couple weeks back and it's decent. The keychain is a little more flimsy than I was expecting and the fount is different than what was previewed for the message on the back. The picture I put on was really good quality but on the keychain was only so-so, also formatted a little differently than what was previewed. Over all, these things aren't big deals so they product is still pretty good quality, just a little different than what I was expecting.

personalized key chain This looked cheaper in person than it did online. Granted, it is an inexpensive item but it didn't look worth what I paid.

Cheap looking The picture makes it look like the background is silver, but it's actually like a cream color. I also thought that the key chain would be smaller. The quality of the picture is good, but the whole thing is sort of cheap looking.

ok the item was a little dull. in the picture it shows stainless steel.. it was plan white and kind of disapointing for a christmas gift.. but oh well. thanks anyway.. picture was not really good in focus

Nice Gift This key chain is cute, however, it was a little pricey for the quality. The picture didn't look quite as nice as I had hoped. Otherwise, it will make a very nice gift!

Photo keychains I ordered 3 different ones. And the picture quality was kind of fuzzy on all of them. I'm not sure if that's just how these just turn out. But I have always been thourghly satisfied with everything I've ordered from here and this would be the only time I wasn't. But it could just be how this product looks all the time, I'm not sure.

Looks good but product is flimsy I purchased 2 personalized key chains for Christmas gifts. The key chains came out adorable. Both recipients loved them. However, plastic part of keychain broke the first day carried on keys resulting in loss. I repurchased same keychain so the person would have another for a keepsake only.
Gift does not hold up to normal carrying use.

Meh.. I bought one of these. The overall picture was just how I wanted but wish I was able to change the lettering and detail on the back. It does not look clean how it is printed. The small plastic clip is not practical on this key ring either.. it broke after the first day of having it on my husbands key ring. Sadly disappointed in the overall quality of this product.

Great Idea but didn't last very long By Shopper (Elmont, NY) - March 5, 2014 I loved the idea for valentines day by putting a picture and something sentimental on a keychain that someone special could always carry around but unfortunately it didn't last more than one day - the clip falls off easily and the sentences seem a bit crooked.

It's Okay:( The quality of the picture on the key chain itself came out poor and unclear. The key chain itself is a lot smaller than I thought. And there's no engraving, like I had originally thought, there're just letters on top of the key chain. Very disappointing but it's okay:(

Cheaply made The photo looked great but the keychain fell apart the first day. The plastic clasp isn't very sturdy. We gave it as a gift so it was disappointing and embarassing, especially for $10.95.

Looks cheap The website makes this look much higher quality that it is. The picture looks glued on and doesn't look as if it will hold up in a pocketbook full of stuff.
I was a little disappointed with the back of the key chain photo. It was in white and black and your website picture made me think it looked like pewter.
I'm not very pleased with this item and I would not order it again.

 Evwr received orderBy Shopper (katy, TX) - February 20, 2022 I never received the order even though I paid for expedited shipping. Pmall was very helpful and issued a refund as soon as I spoke with a representative. But was extremely disappointed due to the fact that the Keychain was a gift for my husband, it was a picture of him and our twins who passed away. So I was extremely torn when the order never arrived.

Disappointed I have purchase many items from Personalization mall and this is the one and only time I have been completely unsatisfied with the product. The keychain clasp is placed right over the puppy's face and the picture appears to be distorted.

DISAPPOINTED I KNOW there was no one inspecting the items because two of the keychain pictures had a huge HOLE right over one of the heads in the picture.
IF you would have looked at it you would have turned the picture one turn or put the hole one turn over! ITS ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INSPECTING YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE IT GOES OUT!

Very cheaply made that I am embarrassed to give it to him so instead I printed the picture in a nice frame for his office. : ( good idea but failed

No what I expected The key chain is what I thought it would be, but my picture came out really dark and hard to see... nothing like the preview...... Love the ornament... just want I expected.... I have ordered all the grandbabies their first christmas ornament from here and love them all....

Flimsy at Best By Shopper (Middle Village, NY) - June 13, 2016 I purchased this as a gift. The first one broke after less than a month and I purchased a second one, which broke in less than a week! I contacted customer service and they replaced it and gave me store credit for one of them. The replacement one broke within 2 days! This is not being abused, it is used for one key and it's a house key, so only used once or twice a day.

photo key chain I designed a square image in Photoshop to put on a photo key chain.
When you go into edit mode for this keychain the screen shows the entire photo, no problem. When I received the photo key chain the corners were cut off resulting in cutting off lettering that was on the key chain image. I called to tell PM customer service that PM tech team needs to adjust your edit reflecting where the actual image will be printed then applied to the keychain. The girl assured me would redo it, and it arrive even worse. Something for PM tech team to work on?? The key chains are super cute, just need to adjust 'ACTUAL IMAGE SIZE" in edit mode
