Picture Perfect Personalized Photo Keyring Customer Reviews

I purchased this as a gift. The first one broke after less than a month and I purchased a second one, which broke in less than a week! I contacted customer service and they replaced it and gave me store credit for one of them. The replacement one broke within 2 days! This is not being abused, it is used for one key and it's a house key, so only used once or twice a day.

I designed a square image in Photoshop to put on a photo key chain.

When you go into edit mode for this keychain the screen shows the entire photo, no problem. When I received the photo key chain the corners were cut off resulting in cutting off lettering that was on the key chain image. I called to tell PM customer service that PM tech team needs to adjust your edit reflecting where the actual image will be printed then applied to the keychain. The girl assured me would redo it, and it arrive even worse. Something for PM tech team to work on?? The key chains are super cute, just need to adjust 'ACTUAL IMAGE SIZE" in edit mode

This looks really cheap and tacky I do not suggest it. And unfortunately I bought 3 at once!

The item I purchased wasn't as great as I thought it would be. I thought it would be like a steel keychain, but it's only plastic!

I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the photo processing on the key ring. I chose a high-resolution photo (in fact, used the same photo for my Christmas cards this year). The picture on the key ring was VERY granulated, VERY dark and had a green tinge to it...nothing like the original photo. I'm embarassed to give it as a gift, but it's too close to Christmas for me to find something else.

I HAVE TO SAY THAT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY THESE KEY CHAINS CAME OUT. FOR THE MONEY I WAS CONSIDERING RETURNING THEM.
