GOT IT 2 DAYS EARLIER THAN STATED....IT IS BEAUTIFUL...EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED. WOULD DEFINATALY ORDER AGAIN...

The lettering inside the white was a bit blurry, which had not been the case when I purchased the item in the past.

Love the ornament, quality, shipping, color, service. I was disappointed it wasn't two sided.

Great quality and speed of delivery. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the printing on the ornament is blurry and not nearly as clear as in the proof. Especially with the smaller letters under the race number. Overall would order again though!

The ornament seems to be of solid quality. It arrived as ordered with no deviations and in a small black gift bag. Warning: the gift bag does leave black fuzzy residue, but this is easily wiped off. The only complaint is that the font used for the smaller numbers and writing on the bib number is not very clear to read. Some of the holes in numbers like 4 or 8 seem almost closed up. It is still a cute ornament for a runner.

Each year I select a very personal ornament for each of my grandchildren. An ornament that showcases something of importance to the specific child. My 9 year old ran in her first 5K, therefore, this ornament was perfect. I was thoroughly delighted with all the "personalization" options connected with this item!!!!! Colors for the T-Shirt, Colors for the Printing, Lots of space for info!!! Unfortunately, I will have to provide one negative statement. The very top line in the White Box; I chose the words 5K So. Beach. Sadly, it is soooooooo small, it cannot be read. Everything else was superb.

I was able to list everything I wanted to. Just wish they had a deeper green color available for the ornament but I was impressed with the finished product

Overall, the ornament is very nice. The weight of the ornament is a little heavy, but the color is fantastic! The script font is a little hard to read. I probably would not order this specific one again but I love Personalization Mall, and being able to personalize basically anything I need.

After searching everywhere for a "runner" ornament to celebrate my husbands first 5k I found this and it was perfect. The only thing is that the font for the time is pretty thick (maybe bold) and is hard to read.

I ordered 6 of these last year for our relay team members. I was very pleased with them so I ordered them again for our relay this year. The quality was definitely not as good. The colors on the lettering on most of them ran. The lettering is not as crisp looking on most of them. The blue lettering on Chris and Eric's have a green shadow and the name of the race on Chris' actually looks green instead of blue. The necklines are not centered so the hanging hole is not centered in the neckline. Both Karen and Gerry's are the same color but KAREN is very clear and crisp whereas GERRY is somewhat blurred and the name of the race is not very white but more violet color. They do not appear as crisp as the picture shows. It appears they were done very quickly with not as much attention to details as my order last year. They are still very cute and I know my runners will be happy with them but they just weren't up to the quality of work that was done last year. These are very fun momentos of our race together. My daughter even mentioned that this was her favorite ornament. I would buy again.

WISH THE ORNAMENT WAS MUCH LARGER. FANTASTIC IDEA BUT THE WRITING I PUT ON IT DOES NOTE SHOW, I LOVE THE IDEA BUT WISH THE ORNAMENT COULD BETTER CARE THE MESSAGE, WOULD GLADLY PAY MUCH MORE FOR BIGGER ORNAMENT

The item I received had a white painted tape mark on the side. Customer Service said I had to take a picture of the item & send it to them before they would consider doing anything about it. They did replace at no charge & I did receive it in time for Xmas but I felt this should have been caught in the inspection process before it was sent out.
