Great product!

It was easy to upload the pictures and design the layout. The images are very clear (not blurred or pixelated). The jar is high quality (not thin or cheap looking). This is an awesome gift. Now I wish I had ordered one for myself.

Although I had a lot of trouble creating what I wanted on the website, the final product was perfect. Colors of pics were true to the original picture. The jar itself is heavy and has a tight fitting lid.

Great item. Pictures look great on cookie jar. Shipping was a litle slow but I paid for regular shipping because we did not need it by a certain time. Just use to faster shipping with other companies. She loves it!

The first cookie jar came in, it was broke I immediately contacted customer service they were very helpful and immediately sent out a new one. When I receive the new one it was whole and I one piece it's beautiful

I customized the jar to be a treat jar for our dog, and it's great. Nice large size to hold lots of treats and long chew sticks. Good lid seal to keep things fresh. Uploaded photos turned out clear and sharp.

I purchased this cookie jar in tell for my mom as a gift because she is now a grandma. I was able to pick 3 pictures of my daughter and personalized EVERY word on it! I love how I was able to put whatever I wanted on it :-) when she received it, on the exact day specified, she cried because she loved it so much! She sent me a picture of it and it looked even better than the preview i was able to see! I recommend this item to anyone who wants something completely customized!

Trying to find a gift for a good friend who has 5 small grandchildren, this cookie jar was perfect. Beautiful white jar is thick and heavy and the photos on the jar made it a present she just loved. Just be sure your photos are on the bright side or outside shots. One picture came out just a tad darker than I wanted, but it still is a gift that will be treasured for a very long time.

What else can you gift to a Grandma who has everything?! A personalized cookie jar, that's what! This gift was a hit! Grandma absolutely loves it and really liked that her 'babies' pictures were on there. I liked the top because it sealed nicely. The only thing I would say is keep the writing to a minimum because it does appear small.

This cookie jar will make a nice keepsake for a family member. It has three photos and several spaces to personalize this moment in time. It is made very sturdy and is attractive for any kitchen shelf.

Creating this personalized jar was easy and fun. I liked the total flexibility to create this unique one of a kind gift.
I must admit it was a good choice as gift.

The cookie jar looks very good and solid and just how you would expect from looking at the preview. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because when adding text, you have no control over the size, placement within the text box, or font. Also, it let's you add clip art but be careful to notice it replaces it with question marks in the preview and would in the final product as well. So you are limited to keyboard characters. It would be nice to have more control of what the text looks like.

This is the 2nd cookie jar I have purchased and both are very good but I have a couple of suggestions. First, allow the pictures to be cropped to a larger size. Second, the lettering is not crisp and hard to read so allowing the end user to change the font size would be very helpful

I was searching for a memory jar for my mom's 70th Surprise Birthday Party. I couldn't find anything that fit what I had in mind, so I ordered this and titled it Memory Jar. I only gave it 4 stars because the writing is a little hard to read. But overall, I love it!

I love the idea of a cookie jar... but i didnt check on the measurement since it looked pretty well sized on the photo. how disappointing its much too big. dont have use of it :(

The jar itself is nice and heavy. The personalized text however was very hard to read. I called customer service, sent a picture, and received a quick response that the item would be replaced. Waiting on replacement but very happy with Customer Service and service recovery.

I was so eager to get this jar since it has such good rating! But to my surprise it is way too big!!! it looks much smaller and better sized on the web page. I shouldve checked the dimension :( But why dont you post a pix that looks more like the size????

Disappointed ;(

I ordered this item, and when it arrived every where I was able to put text was so light you could hardly read it. The pictures were great. I called right away and sent pictures of it and they immediately put in a new order for me. I really appreciate the speed at which this was handled, however, the second one arrived and while the wording is a little better, the pictures are all much darker now. I don't have time to have it done a third time, so I'm trying to decide which I will use as the gift, if either.
