The quality of the mat was great. My only dissappointment was the mat is not attached the rubber tray mat they are seperated. The mat itself fits snug into the rubber tray, however not attached. Delivery was on time and well packaged.

Our doormat was beautiful! Unfortunately it faded extremely quickly despite being kept on a covered porch. I would expect much higher quality considering the price.

I really liked the design of the rug. But at the front door not even a week later it is dirty. You can hardly make out what it says and you can't wipe the stains off. It shows every little dirt mark.

I am a repeat customer and have ordered several products in the past, but am very unhappy with this item. The main lettering in the finished doormat looks broken or not entirely filled in although it certainly doesn't look that way in the picture on the website. Customer Service has advised me the lettering is "Distress Lettering" and is supposed to look broken although there is no mention of this in the product description. If they replaced the mat it would look the same. I would not order this doormat again and will probably not order any other products from Personalization Mall in the future so that I don't encounter the same problem.

A quick slight breeze would blow these over to the neighbor's.....should have put their names on them. Great font and printing....flimsy material for a door mat. Expensive lesson learned. I was really looking forward to giving these as gifts. That won't be happening. I guess this was my fault...I expected these to be professional grade.

The names were badly aligned, the names overlapped each other with big gaps in between others. It was misaligned and looked messy. Very disappointed, I have had 3 others and this one was just simply bad and when I asked it be fixed, I was told no.

Poor job

TERRIBLE. There is NO glue or stick adhesive to put the 2 mats together. One just sits on top? Makes no sense.. Because of this I will never order any times from this site. Who knows what else isn't thought out
