The product itself was very cute and looked great. Shipping it was the only issue. It came with the handle broken off, however, it was replaced free of charge and shipped automatically. I think my grandmothers will love this mug as I got one for each of them.
This coffee cup is huge, which is fine, but keep in mind that it's not your "average" sized mug. I like that you can write what you want, but I would have preferred not having to use the 1.2.3., Which you had no choice. The print color is a little light, but ok. The picture turned out great. This mug is for me, so I knew what I had to deal with (the 1.2.3.)
My mom loved this as a gift from her grandson. However it came
arrived with a small chip in the bottom. Know that if you use most of the characters allowed in your list, it will bump to a 2nd line. I don't love the aesthetics of that. Shipping cost was high considering it shipped from WI and was going to MN. The company turned it out very fast but it took a while to arrive.
I was very disappointed of the quality of the picture that was put on the mug. My picture was bright and sunny at the beach and the picture that was put on was very dull, like my mom has had it for years. ??
I received the mug quickly, and the text and positioning of the photo look great. My only complaint is that the photo I uploaded appears much darker on the mug, to the point where the face of my son is now obscured by shadow. Everything looked great in the personalization preview (as you can see from the attached picture), so I'm not really sure what happened. The mug is otherwise perfect; I just wish the photo came out clearer.
