 Grill set- okayI got this for my stepdad for Father's Day, I'm not sure how well it works yet. It's personalization was much lighter and harder to be seen than in the picture which is why the three stars.

happy with purchase, but.... By Shopper  (Delta, IA) - June 13, 2015 In nice package, easy to wrap. However one disappointing thing. As soon as I opened the shipping box and saw item, my eyes were more drawn to the "CHINA" stamp on the BBQ brush than the engraving. Items were sealed in box, and I did not want to break seal before wrapping, so I did not get to hold items or inspect better. I am still happy with purchase, but if "CHINA" was replaced with nothing, or better "USA", I feel gift would already seem visually of a gift I would be more proud giving.

Great Idea for the Grill Master in Your Life Great concept to be able to personalize tools that will be used quite a bit this summer! Very sturdy utensils. Love the spatula and fork. My guy loved them and was even more excited to learn they were personalized. However, I gave it only 3 stars since the tongs take quite a bit of force to use and are nearly too wide to use with large hands.
We had to buy other tongs to use that was easier to operate and gave the option to store closed.

BBQ set Bought these as a wedding gift for my boss, along with the cutting board. The first set came with a chuck of wood broked off the tongs, and the personalization on the two pieces looked entirely different from each other. I called to complain, and they sent a replacement that was much better, though not the quality I was expecting. Have ordered from Personalization Mall many times and always very happy with my order. This one, not so much.

Good idea, was disappointed in the quality Love this idea, but was a little disappointed in the quality. I would suggest a holder for the utensil be sold with it.

Personalized BBQ Utensil Set By Shopper (Gainesville, FL) - December 11, 2012 LOVED the idea. Loved that you could put a lot of letters/words on the handles. Wish you could personalize all 4 items instead of just 2. The engraving didn't look the picture. The letters are hollow instead of filled in with black and the letters are a lot closer together making it look a little too squished together.

Dad was happy! By Shopper (New York, NY) - June 26, 2011 I don't know that he has used it yet, but just the sight of the personalized grill set made him laugh out loud. He was thrilled and said he'd now make sure he was grilling this summer. I'd rate it higher dependent upon how he feels after using it.

 Poor PrintingThis BBQ set was a Christmas gift. The lettering is so lite you can hardly see it. VERY VERY VERY Disappointed!!!

BBQ SET By Shopper (Antelope, CA) - October 9, 2021 I just received my order and was a little disappoint. I thought the writing would of been in black so you can see it. It's just printed on there and you can barely see it. Does not look like the picture.

disappointed This is the first time personalized has let me down, I wasn't thrilled with the writing on the fork it wasn't dark enough in my opinion

Letters It’s a nice product but you really can’t see the wording on the utensils. They need to be darker.

Not satisfied By Shopper (Burleson, TX) - December 13, 2017 I bought 2 of these for my boys for Christmas. On each of them, you could not see the letters on the names very well. When I called the office they told me it depended on the wood. I would have to take pictures and see if they would replace them. I didn't have time for that so I just kept them. I will not order something like,this again. I also ordered a family bible and the same thing happened. On one you can see the name well, and the other one you cannot.

terrible quality beware on this product as it does not come as pictured in your preview or on the website. I ordered 4 sets and they all do not have any dark stain on them to allow you to actually read the embossing. i contacted customer service and they said it was not a manufacturing issue and will only give me store credit or remake them with no guarantee that they will look any different. I would never buy this product again due to the awful quality. See comparison pics attached.

When it was received, the printing on the handle was soooooooo dull, It could hardly be read. Very very disappointed. Did not look like the picture that I choose from. What happened?

Printing Printing was not dark and bold enough. So not clearly visible on product

Cheap material The wood was fine, but there is no way this tools are usable. Specially the fork, the first time my father tried to use it and it bended. Of course his first thought would be that I bought him a cheap gift.
