My husband has been receiving a mug every year with our childrens picture. This was different and cute. I loved the idea of creating your own definitions and pronunciations. Great idea for any special occasion.

My dad was saying he needed a new/updated mug of his grandson..So I saw this one and thought it was perfect and different from the first one I had gotten him. He loved it!! Turned out really cute even though the picture I chose was the backs of them!!!They are best buddies!!

This design is fantastic. I recently personalized one for my son's grandpa and prior to that, one for my son's nana. The picture was a good size and very clear and the personalized list of characteristics is charming. They both lived it!

My husband's heart just melted when he received this cup for Father's day. I used a color picture which looked like the original photo on the mug without any distortions and the printing was very clear. The mug however does stain from coffee or tea. If you wipe baking soda with a cloth inside and outside the mug, the stains come off.

I loved this coffee mug, and so did my father. I gave it to him for christmas and it was the perfect gift! The picture on the mug came out a bit dark but still very well. I was extremely satisfied with the cost of the product and shipping.

Purchased this cup for my dad. When I received it, it was broken. I contacted the company right away. Customer service rep was not the friendliest person, but she did act quickly to resolve the problem. I received an email within minutes with instructions for replacement. Received new cup within days & it was packaged much better, perfect condition.

I really loved the mug and it was a short notice purchase for a Christmas gift. So i am not complaining. I figured it would be a good clean picture but turns out is was blurry. He loves it so that is all that matters. Thank you Personalization mall.

My father loved the mug. The picture was very clear and bright. The only downside is that it's not dishwasher safe.

Got this for my father-in-law for Christmas; he loved that my daughter was able to create her own definitions for Papa and that her own artwork was pictured on the mug. Gave it 4 stars because I thought instructions were ambiguous on placement of color choice. For 11 oz. size, color is on inside of mug and in font; but for 15 oz. size, color is only in font.

My dad loved his cup. The only problem I had is the words were printed off to the side so it's closer to the picture on the other Side than in the middle of the cup. But the picture is awesome.
