I ordered the item and when I realized I somehow typed the name of the bride's first instead of the groom's name I called the customer services if they can correct my mistake. They told me the item is already done and they can not do anything about it. I had to order and pay for the new one.

I am disappointed as online it looks silver. BUT it is gold in color.

The engraving was very nice but the online picture is deceiving regarding the trim around the picture. It is very yellow gold.

Just received this frame that I purchased as a gift and a little disappointed with how it looks. The trim around where the photo goes is very bright gold, makes it look cheap/tacky. It would look a lot better if there was no colored trim or if it was silver it would blend better. When I viewed it on the Personalization website it didn't stand out but now that I have received it, it's all you can see, it takes away from the beauty of the frame.

I'm very satisfied with the product, other than its smaller than I thought it would be, I really expected the product to be a thicker maybe bigger item, but I'm sure they will enjoy it.

The quality of the frame is good but if the etched words are behind a light colored wall they are very hard to read.

I purchased this as a wedding gift and I think it is Cheesy. I have to buy an additional wedding gift.

My fault for not reading more closely, because I thought this was silver, not glass. So that was a strike against it, then the lettering looked a little cheap to me and so did the gold frame. If I could have returned it, I would have, but since there was engraving I couldn't. The person I gave it to said they liked it, but they would have said that regardless. Just not really my style I guess, looked a little cheap to me. ??

Disappointed...not what it looked like on your site.unable to enlarg and zoom to really see the product and view all around..much smaller picture frame that expected.

I thought personalized gifts from this site will be of great quality but this time I disappointed a lot with the frame quality and gift box. Gift box is not at all worth for money they charged. Not sure what went wrong when item is shipped to me. I dont recommend this product.

The only reason I bought this frame and not another one was photo. And they spoiled it completely. Picture print quality is very poor. It shows good in preview but actual print is horrible
