Frame was actually glass and the etching was exquisite. Much more than I ever hoped. HOWEVER, THEY MADE OUR PICTURE look blotchy, bruises all over our arms & faces! Would’ve been much better IF THEY HAD LEFT JUST THE SLOT for us to put our picture in!!! Not so memorable for our 50th Anniversary!! I suggested they just credit me back for the pathetic picture portion but nope! So I definitely wasted that portion of my $$ and put in our own picture!! If you zoom in on it, you can see what they did.
