My friends, whom I purchased the frame for, loved it. It turned out really well. The engraving was done very nicely. There were no errors with the spelling of the names or with the dates. I am sure I will purchase products from this website again in the future.

The item I ordered is gorgeous and the engraving superb.
The only thing wrong that I can see is the frame around the picture is GOLD - When ordered for a SILVER wedding anniversary it should be silver in color. Gold is for 50th Wedding Anniversary.
Otherwise, everything is perfect.

The frame was very lovely. The quality of the glass & bevel looked expensive. The gold of the frame portion had a satiny finish which was really nice. People complain that the engraving is too light. It would be better if it were deeper, but it is still very readable & looks terrific. I got it for my parent's 50th anniversary & they loved it. If the engraving was a little darker I would give it 5 stars.

This item is really nice, but I wish there was a colored background behind the personalization so that it would show up better. The way it is, it's a little difficult to see.

The frame is nice, the engraving is hard to see, It could be darker,other than that it looks great.

The service I received on my order was outstanding. It is extremely helpful to be able to preview your selection. The finished product was lovely. However, I feel that the engraving, as lovely as it was, could be enhanced if the glass was frosted rather than clear. This would also make it more comparable to your illustration .

The frame looked good and all the items I requested were on there but the writing wasn't as Strong as I thought. Matter of fact in order to BE ABLE TO READ what I myself requested I had to put something dark behind the frame...otherwise I could not see it. Otherwise it was really pretty and "gentle" look. I haven't given the gift yet but I'm really looking forward to the reaction.

I have bought from Personalizationmall.com before and I have always had a fantastic experience with them. I bought this picture frame for my in-law's 25th anniversary and they loved it. They said it was very beautiful and were quite impressed with the quality.They received it in the mail 3 days after their anniversary but I was expecting them to get it somewhat late because I only ordered it 3 business days before their anniversary. I thought they might get it a little sooner but maybe next time I will pay extra for faster shipping if needed. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. I ordered this frame as a 35th anniversary gift for some friends.The frame was promptly shipped and looked good. The one mistake I made was in ordering the gold toned frame. I didn't really like the gold toned frame, I thought the silver one looked more classy. Nonetheless, the couple that received the gift were thrilled by it and I was happy with my decison to order it.

Very good quality. Engraving elegant and correct. Inscription a little hard to read when frame is sitting on the table since the glass is clear.

The anniversary frame came out exactly as described and the etched glass was beautiful. A very classy, elegant gift! Only complaint is that I wished there were a few more "quotes" to choose from.

I overall enjoyed the gift that I purchased, the only thing I didn't particularly care for was that the engraving was so light. It is very hard to read.

Although I feel it was hard to see, I really enjoyed it and my parents love it!

So hard to see the wording

The frame is the size that I expected. The engraving looks professional but I expected the engraved side to have a backing so the engraving stands out. In the sample picture it looks like the engraved side is silver but it is clear plexiglass.

Engraving is so light, can hardly see it. Have to put something dark behind it to see the lettering.

I loved the concept, but I can’t see the writing. I put a black paper in the back of it and I still can’t see it.

The product is good quality but I am a little disappointed that the personalization is difficult to read on the glass. As I looked at the website again it appears there is a grey background in the picture which makes the personalization easy to read but when I received the finished product it is difficult to read the written text. This is a gift which will probably have to be displayed in front of a dark background.

In general, this frame is very nice. However, because it is etched glass and clear, it is very difficult to read because the etching doesn’t show very well when you see every thing behind it. We had to tape a piece of colored paper behind it so people could read it.

The (message) written on the frame is hard to read. This is a nice frame, however, it would have been so much better if the etching for the words could have been deeper and darker so that the message written could be read easier. It’s the message that is so important so hopefully this will be corrected in the future.

Would have been better if the color of the lettering was in gold, something more visible against the glass. The white against the glass looks really faint.

This engraved frame is nice quality but the inscription is very hard to make out. It is almost like it needs something behind it to make the letters stand out.

The picture makes you think it's a thick piece of acrylic or something. But it's a thinner piece of glass. The engraving is very light and sketchy. slightly hard to read at a distance. The box came crumbled, and I advise you to box it yourself, because it's not complicated and not worth the boxing price. Stand displays it nicely. But overall it was a delightful anniversary gift. If the price is right, I recommend you buy it, it will do the job.

I am satisfied with the overall quality but very disappointed with the font size and color. The verse written on the side is not easily readable.

Would be better if the Personalizations are in gold colir to be more vidible. The white can only be read when u are very near the frame. Other thhan that, I like it.

I was pleased with this purchase; but I thought the glass was a little too thin. My only hope is that the recipient of this gift will place it in a safe area away from young children.

I was expecting the etching to stand out a little more. Felt it was hard to see unless placed against a dark background. I did think the overall appearance was very nice.

Loved the frame itself, it is truly a beautiful piece... however, wish there was a way for the engraving to stand out more....You have to put the glass up against a dark background to see the engraving. I ordered something from you a long time ago, and although the piece itself was very nice...I had to put a black piece of paper on the back of the plaque.

I didn't realize how hard it would be to see the engraving on the frame. Looks much better in the picture online than in person. Kind of disappointing. Frame is pretty enough though.

the frame was nice and i liked the writeing, but the holder for the frame is not very good and looks cheap.

The work was fine on the item. The only thing disappointing was the size of the engraved words. They are so small making it tough to read any wording.

Beautiful frame...looks great with pic and the saying...only problem is you cant see the words...had to scotch tape construction paper behind it so that the words would show up!

For 50 year anniersary the lettering should have been in Gold not silver.

Smaller than I thought. Next time need to pay more attention to the size.

This is a beautiful picture frame, but the engraving does not show up very well. You have to pick it up and turn several ways in order to read. But love everything else that I have bought from Personalization Mall!

I ordered the Anniversary Personalized Frame for my in-laws 65th wedding anniversary. I could not believe how fast I received my order. Two days after I ordered the frame it was delivered to me. The frame is really nice, but I only gave it 3 Stars because the engraving is so light that it is difficult to see. If the engraving was darker, I would have rated it 5 Stars. Thank you for such quick service.
Hopefully, they will like the frame, and be able to read the engraving due to the lightness of the personalization.

Was so looking forward to receiving this frame. But, boy was I in for some disappointment when I saw my purchase. First, it was to be clear, yes, but not colorless. The posted frame showed gray, little did I know that the wall behind the example was giving it the color....your sample was misleading. Without the coloring in the background the letters are illegible.

I am disappointed with this picture frame. I bought it to give as a 50th Anniversary gift to my friends. The writing is too light you can’t see it well. It does not look as nice in person as online. The stand is flimsy. I am not happy and will not give it to my friends as a gift. It looks too cheap considering I paid $35.00 after a box, tax and shipping. I will have to buy something else.
