Ordered personalized shirt for grandson. Wanted size 4-5. Received size 6-8. Called and reordered shirt in size 4-5. Received size 2-4. Called, got a refund, and was eventually told they did not have it in a size 4-5. Was told to keep wrong sized shirts. So I have two nice shirts and paid nothing for them. Personalization Mall tried to please me and gave great customer service. Highly recommend.

Love this little bib with the baby's name on it! It is not very heavy, so I am not sure how it will hold up, but it is really cute!

I was under the impression this wa embroidered. It's an iron on. Makes it look a little cheap.

Letters looked raised on the photo The sticker outline totally visible The H n M n N has dots like a bad iron on.

The letters were cracked and peeling off the cap when I first got it. I am worried when I wash it all the letters will be disappear.
