Picture Perfect Personalized Photo Ornament Customer Reviews

I am very pleased with this ornament. It's a gift for a friend and I know she's going to love it. My only complaint is that the website and interface to design the ornament could be more user-friendly.

I ordered 11 of these ornaments on a good sale; yes, they are very nice; colors are clear and vibrant; yet it's most difficult to crop and arrange the photos into the allowed slot. I'm very good on the computer, but find that I cannot put a pic of my family of 7 on an ornament; one or two folks will be cut out. Also, if the photo is a tad too high, the hanging ribbon is smack in the middle of a face or hair. With this said, I will challenge Personalization Mall to improve their cropping steps in order to make it easier - - The good news is that each ornament comes in a nice black bag; they are a good weight and size. I love gifting these because they are pretty and also personal. One last thing: I wanted to order more items; however the price of items was prohibitive. I just wait for really good sales, at least 50% off, not 10-30%.

Excellent value for the quality. I ordered company ornaments for our yearly holiday party and they turned out very nicely. I appreciated the timely shipping and endless deals on there website. I would order from here again.

Always love to get ornaments of my grandkids. Fun to look back on their younger years as they grow.
This year I picked a two sided ornament. Kids on one side and whole family on other. Wish it gave me the option to write something very small around the side of the ornament.

I love my ornament! It came out so great. I can't wait to give it to my sister. We exchange ornaments every year for christmas. I put her nephews school photos on the ornament for her. She's going to love it I'm sure! It looks almost exact to the preview except there is no red edge which I'm actually happy with.

This is a good quality product where you can put a couple personal photos onto a ceramic ornament. My only gripe is that it’s smaller than I thought it would be.

The pictures are a little dark and the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars. Just know to lighten the pictures.

We have ordered these for the last couple years with our family photo on them. Love how they turn out, how quick they are and inexpensive. Only dropped by one star because the pic quality was perfect and professional when I uploaded it and it was slightly blurry when printed. So that was a little disappointing considering it wasn’t blown up or stretched in a strange way to cause that. Otherwise, I love it and will continue to order every year!!

I have at least 30 of these photo ornaments of my family from over the past 13 years. I've even used really OLD photos and most look fantastic! This last time I had colors bleed, (peach dresses in photo) they were very nice and immediately sent another one at no extra cost, but the colors bled again. This is the ONLY one that ever did that. All of the rest look really great. I recommend these for your holiday tree, or as gifts, I would just say be careful which photos you choose and watch the borders carefully. I will still order these, as they are our favorite part of decorating the tree every year.

I was satisfied with my purchase. I took advantage of the half off on the ornaments, and will gift everyone in my family this coming Christmas. A great way to remember those we've lost at the holiday season. Shipping was fast. I give clarity 4 stars.

I really liked the idea of having special ornaments with the kids pictures on them. I like them but the picture didn't come as well as I would have liked!

The two sided ornament gift turned out very nice. This is the second time I've ordered a photo ornament. I've been pretty pleased with the quality except the photos are a bit blurrier than I expected even though they were taken with high quality resolution camera and the photos themselves are not blurry.

I've ordered these in the past with no issues. This year 2 out of three had a problem with color and blurriness. The turn around is usually very fast! My relatives still loved them

We bought the ornament for my mom. Each side contained a picture of each granddaughter. The ornament is gorgeous. My only complaint is that the color of The pictures was a little dull.

The quality of the ornament is great. I ordered several for Christmas gifts, but I was a little disappointed in the location of the hanger in a few of the ornaments. The location of the hole and ribbon hanger ruined a few of the photos, so be careful when editing and be fully aware of where the hole will be placed on your ornament.

Clarity of photo on ornament and sturdy. came with ribbon, just wish it was already attached to ornament and tied with a small bow in ribbon to complete the look.

The only thing I would say is that my product shipped very quickly but shipping took 10 days, how about offering faster shipping for a fee.

These ornaments are fun to make, good.quality and well received!

Hi. I have ordered these in the past as well as again ordering quite a number of these. One came damaged and I am still waiting for it to be replaced but aside from that, the products are the micest of all the companies that make these types of items. Customer service is helpful and curteous. The remake on the damaged item is taking longer than I expected and I hope it really does artive, but otherwise great and I totally recommend

I buy these ornaments every year as Christmas gifts. People love them and I feel the quality Is very good . The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I couldn't find a double sided that also let me put the date without blocking a lot of the picture. A small date at the bottom would be awesome!

These ornaments were perfect! The photos looked great! I made them using pictures of my baby with each of their grandparents! I made an extra one for my baby to keep! I thought the ribbon was kind of cheap so I went and bought some at the fabric store that was easy to change out!

Ornament is every pretty. Good quality. Picture is a little grain but guess that could be picture quality which isn't there fault. Very happy with it!

These ornaments are a very nice size and quality. The picture isn't quite as clear as the original however. The biggest frustration is being able to fit your image on the ornament without losing your subject(s). It took quite a bit of finagling and a separate program to tweak it, but overall results were nice. I bought 7 of these for Christmas presents this year & plan to repeat next year.

Overall I'm satisfied with my ornaments. The porcelain is sturdy and they do not feel fragile. Definitely a gift that will last through the years. My only complaint is that the positioning of the photos, which I was very careful to get right before ordering, is not consistent. As you can see in my picture, the images are not positioned identically (most noticeable when comparing the shoes on bottom left).

Ornament was just as expected, but wished there would have been a place for date.

I love the product except when the hole of the ornament is in the person's head . The hole should be a bit smaller maybe.

I put current pictures of my grandchildren on each side. They turned out ok but was not as pleased as I have been in the past. The color was not as vibrant as in the past & the hole for hanger went thru their hair so you really have to move your picture down when you edit it. But my grandchildren love seeing their ornaments each year on my tree & I am sure they will love these!

I have ordered quite a few personalized items from Personalizationmall.com and am always satisfied with their quality and how fast they arrive. This ornament is a nice quality ceramic and the pictures look very good. My one complaint is that not all pictures work on the ornaments. You end up cropping to fit, but you can not make the picture smaller first, which ends up cutting off some parts of the picture sometimes. That is why I only gave it four stars.

I ordered a bunch of these with pictures of my pets (and pets of family and friends to give as gifts). I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. My mother's coworker recommended the site and product. The one recommendation I do have is to be sure to play with the darken and lighten image feature. The photos print darker and more vibrant than they appear on the on purer screen and a couple pictures ended up being a little dark. The overall printing on the ceramic is pretty phenomenal overall and so much better than the similar plastic products out there. Highly recommend!

This came out just as the preview showed. Photos on both sides and good photo quality. Arrived in a black felt storage bag with a silver ribbon attached to hang right on the tree. Kept one and gave a second as a gift.
