I thought the size was very small for the price. A typical tote bag fits much more than the ones I received...however, the design turned out perfectly.

The tote bag was average. The colors didn't look quite the same as they did when we were creating it on-line. I would have picked different colors. Quality is fair.

The personalization is 5 stars but the actual tote is too small. What can you really put in there?

The photo wasn't as clear as I hoped, but I still plan to give this as a gift

Just a little disappoint with the size of bag and color of font. Thought it was a regular size tote based on Water bottle next to it but was smaller.

The picture was blurry and the letters you can't even read.

Good print quality--my photo was very detailed, and the print was very crisp--but the bag itself was very disappointing. No bottom panel, just two flat pieces of cloth stitched together, very light weight cloth. It's more like an envelope for papers than a tote bag for shopping.

Terrible smoke smell...........not sure if product or packing. Will not reorder.

looked ok when designed on computer but came out ridiculously dark. I honestly dont know why they would have even processed it like that without notifying the customer. It was a gift and I cant send it.

The cotton material is very thin for a tote bag...I had to sew and reinforce the seams..I do not recommend this item. Sorry
