My ornament came in with some minor defects, I emailed customer service and within a day had a reply that personlaizationmall would be shipping me a new ornament free of charge. Not only did they ship me a new ornament for free but they express shipped it so it arrived a day before Christmas! Thank you!

Very nicely done, the second time around. Upon, contacting Personalization Mall with unhappiness about the quality of the original ornament sent, they were very responsive once I sent them a picture of the ornament in our possession. A new ornament was sent and I did not have to send the old one back, just simply throw it out. The quality of the new ornament was perfect!

I bought five of these 2-sided snowflake ornaments for family and friends for Christmas. My step-daughter was married 2 months ago and various people were captured in photos with the bride and made an absolutely perfect Christmas tree ornament to cherish forever. I also love the beautiful velvet pouch the ornament comes in including a ribbon to hang the ornament. I ordered the gift box to prepare myself because I wanted to see each ornament before gift wrapping it. Each one was more wonderful than the last. I couldn't be happier with them.
