The picture quality was good, and the snowflakes are not as intruding on the photo as I feared!

This was my first time ordering from Personalization Mall. Prior to finding them by internet search, I had not heard of this company, but they were offering the type of ornament I envisioned, at a very reasonable price. Turns out uploading the photo and ordering the ornament were very easy, and the finished product was beautiful. These are nice quality ornaments. I will be ordering, again, next year!

I bought this ornament as a Christmas gift. The photo was good and the ornament was of good quality. It came with a nice pouch to put it in. I would buy it again.

I bought five of these 2-sided snowflake ornaments for family and friends for Christmas. My step-daughter was married 2 months ago and various people were captured in photos with the bride and made an absolutely perfect Christmas tree ornament to cherish forever. I also love the beautiful velvet pouch the ornament comes in including a ribbon to hang the ornament. I ordered the gift box to prepare myself because I wanted to see each ornament before gift wrapping it. Each one was more wonderful than the last. I couldn't be happier with them.

I love these double sided ornaments.. they make perfect gifts for those who hang ornaments. I submitted an additional order after receiving the first few!

2 years ago I ordered 2 ornaments with some speculation but they turned out so great that each year the whole family takes a family picture and I get an ornament for each of us. It's so fun to look at the Christmas tree and see how we have grown (and some of us have aged), the grandkids are bigger. I've had one mishap and Personalization Mall fixed it immediately. I also like that if one breaks they have it still on my order list and I can replace it.

Could not have been easier to upload my photos and create three great ornaments. I wanted three different ornaments to commemorate an event we'd shared with friends. They arrived in good time and carefully wrapped. The individual velvet bags were a plus.

I love all the personalized photo ornaments. I bought about 10 different ones this season and I've been thrilled with each one. Quality is good and I like that it was easy to order on my phone without having to go to a computer. Highly recommend

Love the personalized ornaments! The bag they come in also makes them feel special and protects the ornament. The biggest challenge I have is that typically when pictures are taken, the person is centered in the photo. This makes it difficult to create the ornament without having the hole for the ribbon go right through the person's forehead. (smile)
It's hard to anticipate to leave enough blank space above a person's head in case the picture might be used for an ornament later. But I guess that's my problem, not yours!
My granddaughter loved the ornament!
