The quality of the picture reproduction is fantastic.

I have been ordering picture ornaments for my 5 grandchildren from Personalization since their very first Christmases. Each year as the grandchildren help me decorate MY tree, they each place their picture ornaments on the tree from each year. These ornaments are of the highest quality. I would recommend anyone who wants to keep a precious picture each year of their child or grandchild, or dog, or special moment of the year, to get a Personalization ornament. They are definitely a keepsake and worth the affordable price. They are priceless memory keepsakes.

I have been using Pmall for many years now. Their items are nice quality and the ease of customizing is effortless. They used to send the ornaments in a nice velvet sack, but now it's sent in a bubble wrap pack. Also, Their shipping costs are a bit expensive for such lightweight items. I'm sure they receive huge discounts from Ups/fedex but charge customers the full price to make a few extra dollars, but that's just my opinion. Other than that, I will continue to order from this company

This is a heavy ornament. It turned out really well but the picture could show more depth.

Really love the ornament. I wish the back had some color or a design on it but it’s just plain white. Other than that beautiful memory ornament.

I love this. Only thing I’d suggest is a gloss finish. I did a matte one and it’s not as bright.

I order one every Christmas for our 4 yr. old granddaughter and have been happy with them. In past years, I believe I was able to use a different photo on both sides. One for her picture, then the other side for her interest that year. Don’t think I could do that this time. Good quality product..

This will be a beautiful reminder for a friend who recently lost their pet. The quality of the ornament is very nice, my only critique is that the photo image was not exactly centered on the ornament.

We love our 2-sided photo ornament. The photo is a little darker than we thought, but we still love it and can't wait to give it to our granddaughter.

Unable to clear snowflake that is covering face

I purchased 10 of the same item, a Christmas picture of me as Father and Grandpa to a big family.
It was perfect as I examined it when it arrived. Pleased with the service and the product. I have already recommended company and the products to some of my friends.

Pretty ornament of my grand daughter that I get every year for my tree. 11th year.

The 2 photo Christmas ornaments that I ordered arrived in less than a week from purchase. Both looked perfect and I cannot wait to see them on our tree. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5, was that the packaging the ornaments came in had a very strong smell of mildew. I threw the packaging away and left the ornaments out overnight and I think the smell is gone.

Quality is good, and it looks just like on the site. A little pricey for what it is but overall nice

Ornament is beautiful however, picture sent was not appropriate due to hole for hanging ornament being right in the middle of baby’s face. Hole was not seen or mentioned on the review photo prior to buying. Disappointed!

The ornament turned out nice but give yourself some leeway when sending the picture. The actual ornament cuts a bit off the top/bottom so make sure the top/bottom of the picture is not too close. Overall, it will be a nice keepsake though.

Christmas tree ornaments are the perfect way to keep family history, and this ornament fits the bill. I just hope it's not too heavy.

The picture was much darker than previewed. The print looked off too, we ordered two and there was red in the green area where the writing is on one and red on a snowflake.

The ornament itself is perfect and turned out better than I could have imagined. My only problem is that I ordered a gift box and was charged for it without it coming.

These photo ornaments are a nice weight and a smooth glossy finish. The picture is clear and the text looks nice. The colors are all a bit yellowed on ours, tinting both the photo and the back with a hue that was not true to how it looked online. However, they still make a nice gift!

Wish the picture was a little bigger to show more clarity

I ordered the matte which is fine but next time I'll order the glossy one that will have my new puppy's pic on it. It is well made and nice gift box. I highly recommend this company!

I love giving photo ornaments as gifts. Can hang anywhere, not just on a Christmas tree, to keep friends, family or events front and center!

Last minute idea for Christmas to order ornaments with pic of my Mom's 90th birthday celebration that we were not all able to be at because of COVID-19. Super idea that turned out well...a bit darker than pic but everyone liked them.
Paid extra for shipping as we had to send them on to the rest of the family but it was done well!
