Should have ordered more! Would have like the font to be more distinct, but still great!

I was happy with the product. I just wished the folks making it would take an extra second to look at the pictures and perforate it in a way that makes the picture align best.
A bit on the heavy side - so must be handled with care.

Great product. Only gave 4 stars bc it was bigger than I'm used to which was prob my fault not paying attention to the dimensions.

This ornament looks good but will be hard to hang in a tree because it’s so heavy

This is a priceless gift for my daughter. Colors are a little dark but I’m pleased.

I love it so much that I ordered 2. One was perfect. The other had a blemish right in the middle of the photo which put it in the middle of the face of the portrait.

This item turned out great and it's light so hangs easily on the tree. I wish I could have manipulated the picture since the snowflake print covered parts of the picture which was unfortunate

I like this design a lot, but the snowflakes are a bit big making it frustrating to crop the picture so a snowflake isn't in a person's eye. Can be quite frustrating.

Picture turned out a little darker than expected but still very nice

This tree ornament was a very pleasant surprise. The quality of the ornament is very good. The hardest part is getting the picture to be exact on it so that the hole at the top does not cut off any of the faces.
I would highly recommend this product.

Item arrived on time. Second time I’ve ordered Xmas ornament and I love them. I would have liked the color a little brighter but item is beautiful.

The detailed on the wooden ornament say the wood grain will show through. I was expecting a little bit of discoloration. But the picture is extremely faded and the "red" color on the back looks light brown. I prefer the ceramic glossy finish much better than this, my photos on those looked great.

This ornament has a vintage feel. It is adorable and the person I bought it for loved it. I will say that the picture quality wasn't quite as good as other items I have gotten from personalization mall, but that is likely due to the fact that it is on wood. Overall it was a great buy on sale and I would purchase them again.

Product is produced quickly, shipped on time and is great in every way less one. The picture quality was degraded somehow rendering it very fuzzy. Still brought a tear and heart felt moment but would like a higher dpi for 5 star is all. Would buy again though none the less

The ornament is cute...could have been a tiny bit larger so the features weren’t cut off. Overall color was bright.

This is a great quality ornament. Love these as gifts, especially when you get a great deal. The only issue I had was one of my pictures turned out a bit over saturated and overexposed.

Love this ornament. Every year we can look at this a remember the fun our family had that year. It’s a bit on the heavy side. And the snow flake somewhat covered our heads.

The package had a stamp on top of the information so you could not read who the ornament was for. Had to open each one to see who it went too. 17 Ornaments and had to open each one to figure out who they go to. The Ornaments were really nice and if the package had come so I didn't have to spend about an hour mapping where to go I would have given it a 5.

I like everything about the personal Christmas Ornaments. The only thing I'd suggest is a better ribbon or holder for the ornament to the tree. Tho, the one given suffices.

The ornament itself is cute and I'm happy to have this for a 2018 Christmas memory on my tree. It would be 5 stars if the wording was centered. Next order I'll specify for them to check to make sure its centered before shipping.

The quality of the ornament is great! Good picture quality, but was a little bit too small in my opinion. Overall my family really liked this one.

The ornament is beautiful and nicely made. It came with a silver tie to hang it with and looks cheap and won’t last. Looks like a bread tie only silver. I will need to go buy another one more suitable. The one they show you in photo looks like a pretty white silk. The quality of the hanging part should reflect the quality of the ornament as well.

I chose a pic that was not the best quality, but other than that great!

I’m very pleased with the final product! My only challenge was I was making it for someone else and stole a picture off of their Facebook page. The problem was having to crop the picture to fit the ornament. I had to keep shrinking the photo so it would fit into the confines of the ornament. Other than that, it turned out great and is very good quality!
