Ordered two of these this year (2017) and were really pleased with how they turned out. Photo placement can be a bit tricky, especially with the stars on the front that you can't move around, but the ornaments came out really cute.
We did one for each kid, using photos from a recent trip. On the back we wrote their names, the year, and where the photo was taken. THAT looks great and I know I will love seeing that in years to come. We've been ordering photo ornaments from here for 5 years now and they're really well made and are standing up to time beautifully.
The only reason this didn't get 5 stars was for the hassle of photo arrangement - trying to get things to fit, yada yada.

Great other than one snowflake covers one of our faces so be careful when ordering but other than that it’s great

I order this ornament every year because it's size and weight are perfect for hanging on a tree and the finish is high quality...the edges are finished and the coloring is spot on. Only issue is the cropping tool on this site makes it difficult to find the right photo at times.

I had two done, one for my son, one for my daughter. They came out great but the actual process of getting the picture onto the ornament is torture. That part of it is not user friendly at all. A few times, I almost didn't order them because I was so aggravated but I'm glad I did.

We order ornaments from this site every year with our annual family photos. I like the look and feel of their ornaments, and we order a fairly large number of them both for home use, and also as gifts for relatives. This is the first time I ever recall them coming without the attached strings for hanging them. The strings were included, but not already tied, so I had to hand tie the strings (with mixed results- some looked nice and others not as much). I would MUCH prefer that they come already tied and ready to send or hang. Otherwise the quality and look of the ornaments is nice.

When this ornament was delivered to me, couldn't believe how beautiful it came out. I do wish my photo was a little more clearer on it. Overall it was wonderful and my boyfriend REALLY loved it.

The ornament is cute but when it arrived the whole back, especially the snowflakes, look yellow like something went wrong with the colors during printing.

I really love this product and would have given 5 stars but the editing on it was a pain. Selecting pics that would work so there would not be a hole in their head and then cropping and positioning just so took me well over an hour. The finished product is awesome and it's a thick, shiny, quality porcelain (or so it seems). Very happy with the final product but not having to get there.

This ornament, the ornament itself, is very nice. However, the picture I sent came out very dark and you can hardly make out the faces. The picture didn't look that dark when I uploaded it, or I wouldn't have used it. Disappointed in the final print on the ornament. I would think someone would notice this and let me know before printing. That part is misleading, picture fine on my end, but way too dark when printed. Everyone's face is not even recognizable on the ornament. Even though the sample looks fine and you can see everyone, that is not the case on the actual ornament. Now I feel like I need to do this again because of this. Very disappointed.

First one was fuzzy. I was sent a new one that is much better. Thank you. Happy with my ornament and price.

I really enjoy personalizationmall.com. Their customer service and quality of the ornaments is nothing short of amazing. The picture quality is very clear and I appreciate how the "preview ornament" was exactly what I received in the mail.

Quality of product is good. photo cropping tool is not the easiest to use. But, a good little gift for the money.

These ornaments were of a much higher quality than we expected - REALLY GOOD! I don't really have any complaint - just some advice on this particular design for those that choose it: Make sure you really check out your preview with your photo so that the snowflakes do not block out a face. We did take the time to do so. This one is probably better suited if there is only one person in the photo...again, just take the time to make sure.

Beautifully made, I would've given it a 5, but the final product came much darker than pictured in the online preview, a little disappointed.

The product was presented very nice and I was pleased with it. The picture on the ornament does not come in crystal clear but was still nice. It took longer for it to come in the mail than my last order. All in all I was very happy with it.

The ornament turned out well; the picture on the front was as shown on my preview. I only wish there was an option on a different type of font on the back; a few of the letter styles are unusual (such as A), and I would have preferred to have at least two options including a more traditional script.

Really loved the ornaments but my sons picture was kinda darker than the others wish i would have caught it before hand

This ornament is a really cute idea and it turned out pretty nice. However, the picture came out MUCH darker than it showed online, so I wish there was a way that they could have brightened it. It was also extremely frustrating to edit this piece. Once the picture was uploaded, you had to crop it and then it just placed it in the ornament for you, and you could not move it. I had to keep going back to crop it just right. I wish that you could move the picture to re-center it once you already had it in the frame. That would have been much easier.

This is my 5th time ordering an ornament within the last 3 years and the First Time I was disappointed by how the picture looked which had a blurry look to it but Thankfully the rep I spoke to was very patient and understanding which resulted my account being credited and I was able to order a replacement .

The grandparents loved this as a gift of our brand new baby. Nice quality, sturdy. Love the design.

The ornament was beautiful and well made...the only reason I gave it a 4 was because the hanging ribbon was on the cheap side. But, that can be easily fixed. All in all a great purchase!
