Snowflake Personalized Photo Ornament Customer Reviews

I have ordered from Personalization Mall for years. The quality of their products has diminished greatly. The wood one I ordered is very cheap looking and very rough to the touch. I have another wooden one from a previous order that is not like that at all!! Also every ornament used to come in pretty little velvet bags now there are no bags for any of the ornaments!! The Workmanship and the personal care of this site has greatly declined in my opinion.

We get a dated ornament every Christmas and we noticed that the quality was going down last year, it is even worse this year. This was our last purchase here.

It’s decent quality but some of the overlay of snowflakes effected my photo in a negative way. Placement is important when ordering. I thought I checked it

The picture I submitted looked just fine. It was the red and green side that was terrible. Not sure how it made it past quality control. Simply looked like a machine error or the ornament shifted as it was printing. Otherwise, we usually enjoy these ornaments.

Beautiful but too heavy.

It is very nice. The photo looks exactly like the original. However, the hole it not centered so the wording on the back is crooked when hung. Quite disappointing!

Very cute idea for although our photo appeared too blurry. I was surprised when I received the final product.

I like the material itself that the ornament is made out of. The felt bag it comes in is a nice touch. The string it comes with is very cheap and would need to be replaced with something of higher quality.

This is the first time I’ve ever written a really not so good review to personalization mall.
Although the color in the picture is very brilliant but yet the ornament is very dull. I wasn’t too happy with it at all

I ordered two identical ornaments. One turned out great and the other was fuzzy and washed out. I tried to contact customer service by phone and email and have had no response. Disappointed. It’s too bad because the first ornament is really nice.

The picture I sent was clearer than the ornament had. It looked like my granddaughter had shading like makeup on her face.

Pictures on ornaments came out blurry

The product itself is fine, but the picture was not aligned well at all. A big snowflake is covering up some of the face of my nephew, someone should have paid way more attention to detail!!!

Ornaments are a bit heavier then expected and image is kind of blurry.

Picture turned out a little darker than in the photo submitted and writing on the back was smeared.

I got a little customized ornament for my granddaughter with writing on one side and a pic on the other. The pic did not come out very well and the little bag the ornament comes in was very cheap looking. Will look elsewhere for my next custom order.

I have ordered personalized ornaments from Personalization Mall in the past and have been very happy with them. However, when I received this ornament, I was disappointed in the color of the picture. It seemed to be somewhat faded out as compared to the ornaments I have ordered in the past. Not up to your usual standards.

For the most part these are nice and the sale price was worth it but so would not have paid full price for them. The problem is with your website, when you create these, the finished product is so fuzzy, you can’t tell if they’re going to come out good or not. A few of mine were good, but out of 12, the majority were too dark, one is not even worth giving. Not sure I would do this again.

I had some issues with the first printing of the pictures. They didn't come out as clear as they should. But they redid the order and it was better. I do think the picture I used need to be super clean. Don't get me wrong my image was good but maybe it needed to be a higher resolution.

The image was pretty blurry and not what I had expected. It was a gift for my grandmother and the image was hard for her to see bc it was so blurry. Wish it would've shown the actual image as is during the review. The image looked perfectly fine during the review process. But just didn't come out the way I had wished. What I did like was the actual quality of the ornament. It was made well and made of heavy material. It definitely will last for many years to come.

I love them but I wish the picture came out better. There is yellowing around the edges for some reason. The preview picture was great but the actual product lacked quality.

I thought the ornament was made from quality material, it seems like it will last. He reason I gave 3 stars is because the left side of the image was a bit blurry and the right side was clear. It was too close to Christmas for me to try to replace it, so I had to give it like it was. If the entire picture would have been the same quality as the right half of the picture I would have given 5 stars. The message on the back was printed correctly and very neat in appearance.

This is a nice ornament and can be personalized but the overall snowflake design interferes a little with the photo.

The picture on the ornament is pretty blurry. Would not of ordered if I knew this.

I love my ornament other than the photo is blurry. I'm still hanging it on the tree but will not be ordering this style ornament again.

2 of my 4 ornaments had a grey streak go thru my son's face. Sorry grandpa and grandma your gift is flawed. Does the company have a QA department? The other 2 were perfect.

Cute idea but the image was very blurry.

These are super cute and well made. But this one was super small. It's too small. Also the personal message that I wanted to come with it was all blurred and is typed on a strange receipt material. It's ok.

My bad for not reading more reviews, by the picture I thought it would be a good inch larger in diameter and of a sturdier material. These seem very cheaply made and I would mayyyybe buy again but only at half price

I used a professional, high quality photo and the quality of the photo on the ornament was terrible. It's dark and blurry. Pretty disappointed

I've ordered ornaments from this site before and I've been pleased. This time, the design seemed to change my picture by adding an orange glow. I'm not sure if that was part of the snowflake design or not, but it was not what I expected and I will think twice before purchasing again.

I bought this product as a gift for a friend as I had bought a similar style last year with a photo of the kids in it and she loved it. However, the photo looked much darker than it did on the preview it just didn't look as good as it had on the computer, I would recommend you edit the photo to make it brighter than you want it to appear.
On the plus side it came right on time and that allowed me to quickly order a new one when I wasn't 100% happy with my purchase.

ALL my previous ornament orders have been so very good that I thought I would do one for my sister and husband and share with their kids. This one was darker than expected and difficult to enjoy. It looks great here but the actual ornament is darker.

This ornament had a perfect side and a too dark side. I contacted customer service, they will not remake until I send them a pix of each side of each ornament. I hope Personalization Mall will stand behind their work. I really want this ornament by Christmas.
