There was no indication in the preview photo that it would turn out as blurry as it did. Wouldn't buy from here again.

Nice ornament. Picture was blurry & so were the words on the back. It was a free ornament so I'm not overly disappointed about it but would not order again.

I sent a clear, focused picture, but it turned out to be extremely blurry on the ornament. It was so bad, it's not worth giving as the gift I intended.

I've ordered ornaments in the past and they have been great!!! But these are disappointing. The pictures are fuzzy and their faces are orange. Pros: The back of the ornament looks really good and the glass is great quality.

Normally I love this website but I was disappointed with this ornament. The picture came out off color and blurry. I can't give this as a gift.

The preview of my ornament looked great, however upon delivery the ornament looked different than the preview-it is all blurry and I am not very happy about it.

I used to use this website a lot for gifts, but I didn't use it for a few years. I loved everything I have ordered in the past. When I ordered these ornaments I was very excited, but when they arrived I was very disappointed in the picture quality. I'm positive it wasn't the quality of the file I used because it was very high quality. These would be so precious if the quality of the image was clear.

These are of heavy quality. However they are blurry with poor picture quality. Even the quote side is blurry. I don't recommend these at all.

One of my ornaments turned out 'ok'still blurry - the other one (the one pictured)- one of the faces is completely black (the other faces are very dark and cannot see facial features)-I won't order them again. I understand when you zoom in on pictures- they get distorted, but my edited draft- everything looked fine. :(

I'm a little disappointed in the cost of the item for the cost- also the shipping was a little outrageous for the size of the item-

The picture submitted appeared much darker on the ornament. Was not happy with the quality of the picture on the ornament.

Everything was great except the hole for the string was directly in my forehead. There was plenty of room on the picture to find an open area. I would have liked to change the font as well. If not for that it would have rated 5 stars.

I ordered 10 of these for gifts to give to my family members for my daughter’s first Christmas and every single one is absolutely horrible. The photo is blurry and the ornaments are warped. I’ve contacted customer service with no response. Buyer beware go elsewhere and do not buy these! Total waste of money!

My dogs face is completely covered with a snowflake. Certainly can't use this as part of a gift.

I received the ornament yesterday and was extremely disappointed with it. I was so careful with the picture and it has come back with snowflakes on my son's face which completely obscures the picture

Purchased this as a gift for my ex mother-in-law to be from her granddaughter. It was broken in half when it finally arrived. I tried going through the order to report the damage but didn't see any option to do so.

This was terrible! They put it on there darker than original and you can’t see faces! Ughhhh

The picture turned out very yellow. I did not like the glossy finish. I ordered a new one in matte hopefully it is better. I was very pleased with all my other purchases.

Ornament was nice but there was no writing on the back. Customer service was rude as well. Still wait to hear back what they are going to do to fix

I do know why, from my three orders of ornament, this one was the worst printed quality, although my photo was in a high quality, I don't know what happened when they printed in the ornament...

I had a white background in my picture and it turned it pink. Very disappointed.

I’ve been purchasing these for over 5 years & have always been pleased. The 1 I ordered this yr was not the quality that I’ve come to expect. The picture turned out dark & a bit blurry, The font made the capital ‘A’ appear like an upside down V, (cross in the middle was absent).Customer service was not helpful. They said I approved it. I did, but the picture I sent was bright & clear and the preview looked ok. I didn’t notice the missing slash in the ‘A’ in the preview. They lost a customer!

I'm guessing a human does not make these ornaments, because if you see a snowflake on a face, or drill a hole in another face, no one stops and thinks, hmm this is not right. My ornament was ruined due to me not seeing a miscalculation.

I was very disappointed in this year's ornament. The coloring was light and the photo quality was blurry even though my preview showed it to be the best quality choice!our ornament doesn't look this this preview us showing either.

I used a professional photo and it looked great in the preview online. But when they showed up in the mail, they were really fuzzy and orange tinted. I've ordered ornaments from PMall in the past and they turned out great. I'm extremely disappointed because I ordered 4 of these for Christmas gifts and they are such poor quality. And honestly, the picture makes it look better for some reason.

I am not very happy with how the ornament came out. The picture (which was professionally taken) came out very blurry and just not clear as I expected. I do not recommend buying this for that reason. I love the idea and if the picture was clear it would have been perfect but unfortunately that is not the case.

I ordered this recently and the quality was not good - the colors were faded and the green looked almost yellow as if it was already 20 years old. I uploaded a high resolution picture and the picture was not sharp either. Disappointed as I have order from here before with better quality. I inquired with customer service and still no resolution.

I've been purchasing ornaments from Personalization Mall for years and this is the first year that I have been disappointed. The image I sent was of high enough quality that there should not have been any issue with printing yet the product I received was blurry and the colors were very muddy. I expected something much more crisp and true to the ornament preview.

The hole for the string to hang the ornament was put right through one of my grand children's heads. We can not even display it this way
