I needed an ornament for my child's team. This worked well with my vertical picture which fit the ornament nicely. The only problem was that the way I had positioned the picture was NOT what I received. The ribbon hole & edges are specified on the personalized ornament online. I positioned my picture so the hole was above the heads of all the people in the picture and everyone was visible. When I received the ornament the hole cut off the heads of many of the people in the picture and others were wrapped around the side. The picture was shifted and I was disappointed with the outcome.
If the picture had been printed where I placed it I would have given this 5 stars! I could have re-ordered and tried again with the picture placed far below the hole and away from the sides but I needed 30 ornaments and at $10 each I wasn't going to risk having the picture shifted again during printing. It is a nice ornament IF the picture is printed in the right position. Watch your picture placement!

I used a picture I took with my phone (don't we all?) and while the quality of the photo isn't terrible, it's rather blurry. I'll still give this as a gift, but it's just not the top quality I usually get from Personalization Mall.

Print was adorable. Ornament quality was rather cheap and too thin. Would not buy again.

The quality of the the ornament is excellent. The design choices were beautiful. The actual photo was blurry and poor color, too dark.

The black and white photo ornaments turned out beautifully but several of the color picture ornaments appeared much darker than expected. Either lighten your photos past the point you normally would or go with black & white.

I was expecting a really crisp photo, nice and clear, but I was disappointed that it was slightly blurry. The digital copy is very clear, so I don't know why it came out so blurry. Maybe ours was defective. Will Personalization Mall give us a new one? Up to this point, we've been happy with the many purchases we've made from PM. This is our first order with a photo though. Sadly disappointed.

This ornament is cute but the picture didn't turn out as cute as it really is it's blurry and not as colorful. A little disappointed.

While the ornament appears to be of good quality and the colors are nice, the message is not centered, which makes the ornament appear cheaper than what it is. I sadly bought a second "baby's first Christmas" ornament elsewhere to memorialize the event.

I was disappointed in the quality of the photo clarity, otherwise, the back was cute.

I was unhappy with the way that this ornament turned out. The picture looks smooshed together and when I reviewed it online, it looked fine. I think I will be ordering from now on the glass glossy ornaments. They definitely have a clearer picture and look fancier on my tree

Needs to be a better outline border when sizing pictures. Picture overtakes the ornament. Also - writing needs to be in dark color - white is too difficult to read. I’ll keep for myself and not give to parents

I ordered 2 different ornaments with my babies picture. The first one came with a scratch on his face. The 2nd came with this black mark that ran along his face. Quality is no good.

Very disappointed! They are totally blurry. Not the pics we chose for the back but the front with the wording and designs.

The picture we put on the ornament came back a little blurry (not as crisp as I thought it would). We used this same exact picture on a 11x20 canvas at a different company and the canvas came back sharp in image. I wouldn't order this again if it involved your own picture.

I order these every year, but have had a lot of trouble getting quality ornaments this year. I ordered 5...2 of them had the same picture and it came out blurry. I contacted customer service and they re-did them and (which was very nice), but they looked as blurry as the first ones!

Photos came out very blurry on the ornaments. Would not recommend. I would have returned them if I had more time. Very disappointed.

The picture looks pretty good, but the name is faded and dull looking.

The whole point of the picture ornament was to be able to cherish a memory. It's hard to cherish her memory when it's barely visible. The picture was blurry, and faces were barely distinguishable. I was extremely disappointed.

I had read good reviews about your products so I was excited to order an ornament as a gift. I was impressed with how quickly the order came but disappointed in the quality of the picture. It is fuzzy and not what I had expected. I then ordered from another site and the same picture came out crystal clear. I will not be ordering from this site any more.

I have purchased numerous items throughout the years and have always been satisfied, except for this last item. The picture on the ornament is not clear and almost blurry. It did not indicate that at all when I was viewing the item before I purchased it. This makes me hesitate to purchase anymore ornaments.

Not really happy with the final result of this ornament. It had a tiny circle of what looked like water ? on the ornament which was not on the original photo that I uploaded. I'll be hanging it on the tree, but the quality I expected wasn't met in this ornament.

These ornaments were adorable and served the purpose I was looking for. However, the color was not very good and the overall picture was not very clear (the original picture was very crisp and clear). I wish my pictures would have been clear, but I am just thankful I didn't pay full prce

The photo looked fine on the preview but when the ornament arrived I was disappointed because I couldn’t even see the photo. It was too dark. I’ve ordered an ornament now every year and this is my 4th time - first to be disappointed. I wish for a different one now.

I haven't ordered from this company for a couple of years. Prior to this year, the pictures on the ornaments were crystal clear and this year's ornaments were all blurry, including the writing on the back.

The wording and picture are super blurry!
The quality has gone down from previous years.

I have ordered numerous photo gifts from Personalization Mall and have always been very happy with the products. The ornament I ordered this year was not up to the standard that they usually meet. Very disappointed.

Both sides were very blurry! You could hardly tell what the words said. It is not the usual quality that I receive from this company. Hopefully this isn't their new norm. I won't be ordering this again.

We have been buying ornaments through Personalization Mall for more than five years. The older ornaments are higher quality and these ones are printed quickly and look blurry- even though we used professional quality images. The Es on this particular font come out looking like Os with a line through the middle. I wouldn't recommend it.

I ordered three picture ornaments and used professional photos for each ornament. They came out completely blurry. I called and they said they would reprint them...they are exactly the same horrible blurry quality (which they shouldn't be bc they are professional pictures...not just a picture off my phone) I'm highly disappointed and I will not be ordering and photo item from here again.

My ornament ended up very blurry even though I was never alerted that it was too poor of quality to make and after notifying the company they said there was nothing they could do about it.

The picture was too dark. It looked fine on the preview but was 3x darker. Should have returned it . Bought ornament last year and they had an edit function to adjust light of photo. Wasn't available this year

Most of the blame for my disappointment is on myself.When I chose my picture on the ornament it did not occur to me to rotate the picture.When I realized this it was too late,but I thought,surely,they will make the correction,because it looks silly otherwise.They did not and the ornament was ruined.I threw it out.I know you sign off on the verbage and picture but I wish there was a final check done by Personalization Mall to alert you that a correction needs to be made.
