I was livid when the package came as the picture was too dark and you couldn't see his face. I called Customer Service and they allowed me to do another picture and even rushed it out in time for his 1 year memorial. My mother in law absolutely loves it!!! 2nd Time Buying This is the 2nd time I've bought this particular product. The first time was for my sister after her dog passed away, and this most recent time for a friend whose husband just passed. Both have been very painful experiences, but both of them have shown me such appreciation and love for getting them this awesome memory of their loved one!
