Placement of picture

The product itself is very nice, sturdy and beautiful. But I tried so much to correct the placement of the picture within the square given, didn't work. But I read in the directions that if necessary the placement would be corrected once it was printed, I figured the individual person would place it correctly. Nope, half of Grandpa head is still cut off.

Gift for my late mom's job

My mom's job had a dedication for her since her passing 2 years ago. While I was able to edit the product before ordering it, upon receipt of the actual canvas, I found it to be really small and very close up. I don't really care for the edges of the canvas, as you can see the remainder of the picture on each side so my mom's face is kind of cut off on the sides and part of the chin. The print is also white and kind of light, making it a little hard to read.

Feeling bad about the loss of my parents, I decided to purchase a canvas picture. Was disappointed to see my dads head cut off in photo. I would have expected some adjustment so I would see more of his head. While I provide this review, this company has done a lot of nice work for me in the past.

A little disappointed

I was a bit disappointed when I opened this up. The picture quality was pretty good, but under the words on the left it fades into black so the left side of the canvas is dark and ruins the photo. I loved this idea as a memory of my mom and I to hang on my wall, just a bit let down that my face is very dark in the photo. It didn’t appear to be that way on the preview. I’m not sure if it was just my particular photo or if this is how it comes.

Quality not as expected

I ordered this as a Christmas present but the picture quality is not as expected. The picture is very faded and hard to see (looks distorted). I always order from this website and love the products so a little upset that this didn’t come out well.

Too dark

I used a black and white picture that looked much brighter on the computer when I placed the order. What I received is dark and you can barley make out what the picture is. If you're going to use B&W make it lighter than you think you want it to be
