 Great cupThis is an awesome tumbler, holds a lot of liquids & keeps it hot/warm for a long time. Just be careful when you drunk your hot beverage, the sides never get hot so it's deceiving. The only bad side is the two inch strip of all white running all the way down one side. Too bad the pics don't cover the entire cup

Good quality This review is only for the aethetics because it hasn't been used yet so I don't know how well it holds heat. The mug seems to be good quality and the pics are very clear. Can't wait to give it to my husband! Might order one for myself too.

Crazy about it!! This mug is my favorite Christmas gift to give this year. The pictures are crisp and clear. The mug is well made and the metal will be a great insulator. I bought four of these for Christmas gifts. One was for my son with his wedding pictures on it. Two for my other son and his partner from a fun party. And one for my sweet husband. I can't wait for them to open them on Christmas morning. It is an inexpensive gift that will mean so much. Thank you Personalization Mall!

I used high quality large jpeg photos for one tumbler & used low image small jpeg's off Facebook for another. They are both equally gorgeous! I knew I wanted something that was durable but I also wanted it to be personally creative as well. The photo I chose for the personalization was an image that reflects one of his favourite anime shows; and even though I was really amazed by the photo, I'll admit to being afraid of how it would turn out on this product. I just got the package today and I was speechless!! It turned out SO MUCH better than I had ever imagined!! This product is amazing! You can have so much creative freedom with it, while it being a practical item to have! I have seen other reviews complaining about the white strip that's left behind, but I personally find it not too bad. I really recommend others to get this product!

father's day gift to my father-in-law Although it was 3 days late for father's day, I have this mug personalized with pic of my husband and my 3 stepsons and a family reunion pic(wtith his 2 sons and spouses, his wife and sis-in-law)chosen. My father-in-law can't say enough appreciation when he got it, it really put an unceasing excitement and smile on his face. Truly a gift for a keepsake specially tha he drinks coffee everyday. I ordered this 1 day before father's father's day which is cheaper then.

Much better than expected. I wanted to get my cousin a different coffee mug than the normal one I purchased earlier in the month. This one was different than the typical stainless steel one with a handle. This is so much better than I thought it would be. The person I got this for loves it and says it works great.

True Travel Mug My husband frequently buys travel cups when we visit different countries. Recently, his London mug fell apart. In searching for a new one, I came across PersonalizationMall.com. His new travel tumbler has pictures on it that we took while on the London trip, pictures including us rather than the Queen. Great looking tumbler! I am very impressed with the tumbler itself & the pictures look great! The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is there’s a strip of white space where a couple of more pictures could fit.

Okay but small The product is okay. It’s smaller than i would have thought. There is also a big block of just white on one side. Do not even the whole thing is covered. Pictures came out nice though.

Great gift I bought this for my husband for father's day with photos of our kids. It's good quality, twist on lid and insulated. The only issue is the bottom, it's not sealed so if you submerge in water, water will remain inside the mug.

Almost Perfect The photo collage tumbler was beautiful! The pictures are clear and the tumbler was a good size. The only thing wrong was that the little"lip" at the top had broken off. I tried to glue it back on but it didn't work and it was too late to send back. The gift was still very well received and it could still be used. It would just be a little harder to open to take a drink. Aside from that the personalized photo tumbler is a great gift!

Good for what it is It was nice to have a thermos that was completely stainless and not with a plastic insert. Wish there could have been more options for looks, because there is a blank side of all white where no photos were. It would have been nice to be able to customize a message, because there was more than ample room, about 2.5inches wide of blank space. The bottom edge did come dented which was a bummer because it was a gift. Not sure if that would be the manufacturers fault for not packaging it well.

Good Product This product was a little different than the ones I normally get but it was great. The pictures came out beautiful but there was a big white space that I felt could have been filled with the pictures. They should wrap the pictures a little more on this product

Travel Tumbler The 16 oz travel mug is a bit taller than I expected and does not fit under my Keurig. The photo looks really nice but does not fit completely around the mug as stated in the product description. There is a large white band where the photo does not connect that makes it looks really awkward. Other than that the mug seems to be of good quality.

Nice travel cup but... I really like the travel cup. Photos on the cup look great and the cup is decent quality. I've only had it for a few days but my only complaint is that the opening to drink from is small. I feel like I can only take "baby sips." Sometimes you just want a large sip of ice water and it just doesn't work with this lid.
