My young son was excited to gift this item to a mentor at school; however, we were surprised when the item arrived to see a large Personalization Mall logo printed across the blank side of the bottle. In my opinion, it makes this gift look like a cheap/free promotional item.

This is the first time ever over a few years that I have been disappointed with a product. It looks defective because the photos don't wrap around the container and there is a huge white blank space from top to bottom. They should of made the photos larger to cover the cup. I didn't return it because it's a Christmas gift and the Nana receiving it will love it anyway because the photos are of her grandchildren.

I am not satisfied
