Love Love Love this item! The ornament is a great memory to always look back on and remember the day and all the important information from your child's birth and it's a great gift for friends and family members. Also this is the 1st Ornament I've seen that the parents name is also on the ornament. Super cute gift!

Love the photo and personalized ornament but am not pleased with the ribbon for hanging. It was thin and coming apart. Before I’ve always received a nice white silk like ribbon.

Good quality. Nice ornament. It was a little smaller than I expected. I should checked measurements.

This is a great company, and I've ordered 21 of these birth ornaments from them over the past 13 years, 3 for each of my 7 grandkids. Although still good, the ornaments seem to lack the crisp printing consistent with the first 5 sets purchased. I can't say enough about the customer support team, who are always helpful with answering questions. They replaced this year's set of 3 ornaments without a problem, which came back better than what was originally sent. Had I not compared them to those ordered 3 years ago and earlier, I would have thought they were just fine.

The ornament i ordered is beautifully done.

I bought one of these in 2021 for my baby and loved it, so I ordered another for my 2024 baby. This one did come with a small chip on the hole where the ribbon goes. You can’t see it with the string in, but it still came chipped. I love them though.. they look perfect on the tree.

Love these ornaments! I ordered one of these for each of my grandchildren-one for us and one for their parents. They are such a sweet memory of each child. They make me smile when I see them. My only complaint is that the white printing on the purple ornament is a little difficult to see/read. Otherwise I highly recommend!

First time shopping here. The overall ornament quality is great.The picture is clear and I love that the birth details are included. It shipped quickly. My only problem is that I can barely see the year on the green colored background. I would definitely buy again only choose my background color differently.

I was disappointed at the position the hole was. I tried to adjust the picture but was not able to. However, my granddaughter was quite pleased.

I really like this, my only complaint is that the colors of the print is a little light

It’s perfect and clear, the ornament is just super heavy . It would be perfect if it was lighter material

shipped realllly fast, arrived as ordered but we found a better one where the writing would have stood out better. Not really there fault.
Should have looked over more items but was rushed for time to meet a deadline.
Will order again if we get more grandkids but take the time to find the right faont.

I purchased this ornament as a Baby’s First Xmas, including the optional gift box that I hoped would compliment and store the ornament for many years to come. I was impressed with the quality of the ornament, the ease in which it could be designed, and even the turn-around time. I would not hesitate to order another in the future. That said, the optional “gift box” was an embarrassment, nothing more than cheap heavy paper intended for one-time use. To call this a gift box is very misleading, it couldn’t cost more than a few cents to produce and was just discarded as it served no purpose. My advice, just buy the ornament and skip all the money making add-ons to avoid disappointment.

Arrived on time and looked exactly as expected. My newest grandchildren have ornaments that captured their births and all the important information therein.

Very well done on the info side thought the picture side was a little blurry and dark.

I have purchased this ornament for each of my grandchildren upon their birth. My latest purchase for my 5th grandchild, while all information was correct, the personalization appeared to be faded, making it a little difficult to read- especially the wt & height. It definitely is not as crisp as my other 4.
(Your proof photo is much clearer & brighter than the actual ornament.) My favorite was when we could put a photo on the back of this ornament!

While beautiful and correctly captured the information I wanted, the ornament was much smaller than I expected. We did not displayed on our tree because it was that small.

Nice ornament, good price, quick delivery

Although the pink turned out to be a lot lighter than pictured in the preview, makes it harder to see the year since it is white. I absolutely loved the ornament, with the exception of the lighter color.

The ease of direct shipping to acknowledge the birth of new baby was excellent. Loved the options to add all baby's new info. Not really liking the glossy finish though.

We loved how our ornament turned out! We bought it of our son for his first Christmas, but once we received it I placed it in the velvet bag that it came along with and the black material from the bag stained the ornament, so now I have three or four black dots on the front of the ornament which was disappointing, would definitely buy again, just wouldn't recommend the bag.

The process was quick and easy. The shipping for one little ornament was way too high. The white lettering is difficult to read on the light blue

This is the fifth ornament I have ordered and have been very pleased with all of them. They make great keepsake gifts.

First ornament arrived with red bleeding effect around facial features. Snapped a picture and sent it in. Sent new ornament with no ?’s. New one was perfect. It was awesome and I appreciate your customer service.

I did have some issues getting this ornament to be correct as the first 2 I received had chips on them. The company, both times, responded to my emails be sending out another ornament and I will say in a very timely manner & I did receive the corrected one by Christmas so I am very pleased in that respect. My only frustration was that I did not receive a response to my email saying it was received or that the problem was being corrected & a new ornament was going to be mailed out so I was in limbo wondering whether I would receive the corrected ornament by Christmas. This is why I am giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star. Great final product but customer service needs to respond to their emails if simply with a generic we received it & are working to correct it.

Quality and design is nice. I think the font is a little large and on the 3 I ordered the corner of the top left letter is off the ornament. I wish I had selected a different one.

Turned out pretty nicely. Only complaint is that the pre-formatted large 1st letter of the name was cropped. I think they need to adjust their model.

Good quality ornament - overall pleased. Only wish that there was an option to capitalize suffixes. Of all the ornaments I liked this one the most which is why I ordered.

Very cute with all the details of the baby's birth. Would give it 5 stars if you could also add a picture on the back side since the back is plain. Overall though, very nice.

These are porcelain with a glossy finish. Picture quality is good, printing on opposite side is clear. I ordered one of pink, purple and fuschia and my girls loved all the colors. Can't wait to put them on our Christmas tree this year! *only thing I changed: instead of putting "parents' names" where it asks I used the city, state of birth and am SO glad I did!*
