Quality and design is nice. I think the font is a little large and on the 3 I ordered the corner of the top left letter is off the ornament. I wish I had selected a different one.

Turned out pretty nicely. Only complaint is that the pre-formatted large 1st letter of the name was cropped. I think they need to adjust their model.

Good quality ornament - overall pleased. Only wish that there was an option to capitalize suffixes. Of all the ornaments I liked this one the most which is why I ordered.

Very cute with all the details of the baby's birth. Would give it 5 stars if you could also add a picture on the back side since the back is plain. Overall though, very nice.

These are porcelain with a glossy finish. Picture quality is good, printing on opposite side is clear. I ordered one of pink, purple and fuschia and my girls loved all the colors. Can't wait to put them on our Christmas tree this year! *only thing I changed: instead of putting "parents' names" where it asks I used the city, state of birth and am SO glad I did!*

I was very happy with the weight and material of the ornament. I was not happy with the color of the picture itself - had a very yellowish tint to my child's face. The wording printed on back was also light; it could have been printed darker in my opinion.

The ornament is beautiful. My only comment would be that the pink lettering information on the reverse is too light and a little difficult to read. I wish I had selected a darker color.

We live in a home that was just built so my first ornament was lost. Personalization Mall sent me a new one asap and I got it quickly. They were happy to make me a new one to fulfill the order. The ornament is even better in person. Clear picture and awesome quality. I am very happy ??

Likedo the personalized ornaments. However I was a little disappointed in the green background because some of the words were written in white and you can't read them it's to light

I love the ornament commemorating our grandson who was stillborn. Only one thing could have been improved. He weighed just 1 lb. 4 oz., and the ornament says "1 lbs. 4 oz.". I would have liked the "s" removed, but there was no option to do that.

The ornament itself is very cute but my high resolution picture looks low resolution on this ornament! Neither side has crisp, clear printing. The price was great though!

This is the third time I've purchased this ornament...one for each baby. I like the style, and the quality is great. My only complaint is the font color used. The white font is very difficult to see against the light green background. Of the 3 ornaments, this is the only one that has the issue. (A dark color was used on the pink ornament.)

This ornament is a great way to celebrate/keep a memory alive of when my daughter was born. I love everything about it! The only thing that bothers me is that the picture is a little blurry, but not enough that you cant tell what it is. I assume that it was just because of the picture I uploaded. Overall, I would definitely recommend purchasing this ornament!

I have ordered 19 of these ornaments over the past couple years for my children and friend's children. When I ordered one a couple weeks ago, it came in with the incorrect length although I had input it correctly. Contacted customer service and they sent a replacement that was correct. When the replacement came there was a white mark on the front. Contacted customer service again, and they once again sent a replacement. The third one was perfect. Can't wait to hang this one on the Christmas tree this year with our other kiddos' ornaments!

Appearance-wise, I give this 5 stars. It is a very nice ornament. However, it does NOT match the picture frame. I ordered both in "Light Pink". One is a little more peachy in color, and the other a little more pink. So, if you're planning on displaying them together, there is a noticeable diference. Also, if you want to hang it on the silver stand, you'll need to shorten the silver cord that is attached.

I received my personalized ornament. It's beautiful! It is a wonderful keepsake for my little girl. It's really the perfect size! The only I think I didn't like was that her full name is all lower case. And the gift box doesn't hold its shape/ stay closed!

I LOVE this ornament and have the one-sided ones for all three of my kids. I ordered this for our godson and love that they now have a two-sided photo option. The only reason why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the big initial (T) was almost halfway off the ornament. I didn't have a problem with any other letters (F, K or M). I wish somebody had proofed it on their end or moved the template over a bit. It works though.

These ornaments are such a wonderful keepsake. The quality is very good and the service was extremely fast. I recommend this as a gift for first time parents or grandparents, you can't go wrong.

This is a nice way to remember the special, new little ones that enter our families. I have given this ornament to new parents in the family and they really like it. It is reasonably priced and was delivered in a very timely manner. Will continue giving to new parents.

I ordered this ornament in the dark blue. It is a beautiful color, all the statistics show up well and it is made of good quality material. The only thing I would change, if possible, would be the placement of the parents' name and the time of birth. I would prefer the time of birth be placed just below the date, with the parents' name at the bottom. That is a minor issue and may be just my preference.

Most of all, I appreciated the fast turnaround on something with a high degree of personalization. Not exactly a work of art, but definitely a nice touch as a gift.

Great personalizaton idea.

I like the idea of having all the baby's information on one object. It will be a good keepsake to hang on the Christmas tree every year, BUT will also always have the baby's birth specifics. I think the recipient will enjoy this item. My only negative is I wish the item would've been a little bit larger.

First one came out to dark, company re-printed and ornament was fine.

The first one I ordered was cracked on front and back. Luckly the company replaced it for free. If I have another child in future I'll probably order again.

This is a really cute ornament and I like the personalization. The ribbon it comes with is really cheesy so I will switch our with something else. That is the only reason I did not give a 5 star.

I loved the final product. My only complaint is that the birth info seemed a bit faded on the back. Also the "m" was slightly cut off.

I purchased 6 of these for grandparents to welcome our new son Mayson into the world, my complaint is where the color side meets the picture it just doesn't blend nice and looks very poorly done!

I've been a customer of Personalization Mall for years now...they've never disappointed in the past, however this last order with some photo ornaments left me feeling disappointed...The quality of the pictures on the ornaments were lacking clarity.. some pictures appeared distorted and had poor color quality...although the ornament preview appeared okay prior to placing the order, the actual ornament lacked the high quality I've come to expect from Personalization Mall...this ornament itself was the only one of my recent order that had the best quality

This turned out absolutely beautiful! Great product, great quality. If I had to say one thing less positive about it, it's just that it was hard to find a picture to fit the way I wanted it. Could be just because I did this from my phone. The product still turned out excellent.
