Software errors for photo By

Be very careful when you submit your photo. When I cropped my photo, per the instructions on the website, it was in the correct position. When I proofed my submission, it was the correct way. When my 5 ornaments arrived, the photo was sideways. The company offered to reprint them at 1/2 price, but why should I pay for a software glitch? Be careful.
