Letter not centered on ornament The capital letter of my grandsons first name was half way off the side of the ornament. I contacted customer service and sent a picture of the ornament and was told" the Quality Assurance Team have determined the item was manufactured correctly. A replacement would be manufactured the same way as that is the design of the ornament". Half of the top of the letter T was printed off center. Could you not have printed it with a smaller font? Very disappointed. It is a beautiful ornament, I just wish you would center the letter better.

Quality change...By Shopper  (Floral Park, NY) - December 21, 2016 I have easily purchased a dozen of these ornaments over time. A perfect gift! However, I have been disappointed with the last 2 ordered, as it is obvious PM has changed whomever is manufacturing these for them or the process used.
I requested a "do over" for the first , which had printing that was blurry, and whose ribbon is not the nice silver one pictured (it used to be). The current ribbon used is thin and cheap looking.
While I appreciate that PM did offer me a replacement at no cost, the next one I ordered came with the same problems. A clear distinction between the printing on earlier purchases and the current. The writing is just not crisp and makes the ornament look shoddy & cheap.
A rare disappointment from PM, but now a second one in a few weeks' time...

Not as picturedThe preview of my ornament looked perfect. But when I got it the writing was all blurry and the text wrapped around the sides and couldn't be seen. It was a gift and I was embarrassed to give it. . I will not order another ornament again.

Very disappointed!This looks and feels CHEAP. I am very disappointed in the quality. This was supposed to be a special ornament for our baby's first Christmas, but I don't even want to hang it on the tree. We will be finding another ornament for him.

Disappointed The photo is so dark. The box was smashed it came in. The word pounds is scratched up. I’m dreading to give this for Christmas

Highly dissatisfied I ordered this ornament for my daughter for Christmas of her newborn. It took 16 days to arrive. The box is all crushed. And the photo is very dark. You can barely see the baby it’s so dark. The back has scratches on pounds that’s scratching out some letters. It won’t let me post but one photo. I do not recommend

Letter is fuzzyI ordered this ornament last year for my first granddaughter and it came out beautifully! I ordered the same ornament this year for my second granddaughter and both sides are very fuzzy/blurred, and does not look like the preview when I ordered it. The is very upsetting as these ornaments were something I wanted to continue ordering with each new grandchild and then I would pass them on to them when they get married. Unfortunately, I may need to look for a new vendor.

Software errors for photo By Shopper  (Charlottesville, VA) - December 8, 2017 Be very careful when you submit your photo. When I cropped my photo, per the instructions on the website, it was in the correct position. When I proofed my submission, it was the correct way. When my 5 ornaments arrived, the photo was sideways. The company offered to reprint them at 1/2 price, but why should I pay for a software glitch? Be careful.

The picture and reverse sides were cloudy. I decided to give it one more try because I wanted a first Christmas ornament for my new baby. The quality is still terrible. I'm very disappointed because I really loved the quality in previous years and recommended it to everyone

Low qualityThe text on the ornament is blurry. It is not crisp and clear the way it looked when customizing it online. The picture is blurry as well even though I provided a high resolution image. It is clear that the machine they use to apply the text and image does not produce crisp image and text.

Poor clarityI have ordered a ton of ornaments from this site and this is the first time I have been unhappy! It's very blurry, the print is hard to make out. I attached a picture of one I have gotten in the past, totally different
