Beautiful Keepsake I order these ornaments every time a new grandbaby is born that year and I have already ordered 3 in the last 2 years and have never been disappointed. Perfect My personalized ornaments arrived in what seemed like just a week and they were exactly as described. I had to contact customer service because one of the ornaments had spots from the printing. After reviewing the item a replacement was sent in less than a week. I am very pleased with how my issue was handled. The ornaments are of great quality, thick and sturdy. They also come with a really nice velvet draw string bag which is perfect for safekeeping for years to come.
