If you ever have any problems, the Personalization Mall is really good about fixing it and sending you a replacement. I only had a problem once on different ornament where the writing was really small. They replaced it immediately and I have never had any other problems.

I purchased this item in honor of my son that passed in August at 21weeks. Fabulous quality and everything I expected. I even contacted customer service twice about having pounds and ounces changed to pound and ounce on ornament (my son was 1pound 1 ounce) not expecting corrections just simply advice for the site. They made corrections and sent me a new ornament free of charge. I was so happy about having the ornament be grammatically correct. Very pleased and reccommend this ornament.

Very pleased with the quality and style of this ornament. Turned out even better than I hoped. Our uppercase letter did overlap the edge but I still like it. It would be a nice option to be able to adjust the size of that letter in the template.
