I have created one of these personalized Christmas ornaments for all five of my grandchildren ( so far) and I have been THRILLED with the swiftness and quality of the orders. I have purchased this item before for my oldest child and liked it so much that I purchased it for our 2nd child. The color was a little lighter (ordered the same color) on the 2nd one but it still looked good.

I had purchased this ornament as a gift, for the grandparents of the new baby. I also purchased one for the new parents also. I love these ornaments...especially as gifts. I purchase more, mostly at christmas time, and I hang them on my tree...then i have an ornament tree & thats where they all stay all year long. I even had some "in memory" ones made of my parents. Had room to add day of the week next to date as short month but would have put day of week in space meant for parent's names Photo downloaded from a phone message not taken by phone camera and though I didn't see it, parents said turned out fine.

This is a once in a lifetime purchase which records all the information about the baby's birth plus a beautiful picture on the other side. I purchased this for my son and daughter-in-law and they loved it. The first one was lost in the Christmas wrappings so I reordered it and requested that the photo be lightened. The second one was a much better photo.

I love that so much birth information can be recorded, but I especially like that a baby picture can be added to make the memory so much more complete. The quality of the ornament is great. It is durable, easy to wipe clean, and toddler proof. (My toddler threw it during a tantrum, but it survived without so much as a scratch.) Definitely recommend this product. I'd like it more if the first letters of each name were capitalized every time.

After a dear friend showed me ornaments that he had ordered for his twins in 2013 I ordered ornaments for my two children. These ornaments were perfect and made the Christmas tree even more special. This year I ordered an ornament less than a week before Christmas with the birth of my niece. When my sister's family received it, they were moved to tears. I just ordered my third one of these. I have one for each of my sons and now one for my newborn daughter. They are absolutely beautiful and I love that it displays all of their birth stats. The one that I just ordered for my daughter arrived with a black line going across it so I emailed customer service and sent them a photo and they immediately responded saying they are sending a replacement. I am so very impressed with their customer service as well as the quality of the ornaments.

Absolutely love the picture ornament. I was concerned the picture wouldn't look as good on the ceramic ornament as the original but it actually looked better. That combined with the low price made this gift an excellent buy. Would definitely buy from here again.
