I ordered a monogramed robe for my husband. Black robe with red letters. When i recieved it i opened it and it was navy blue with red letters. I called customer service and she asked if i could just end her a picture of the wrong merchendise. I did and she waited on the the phone with me while I did it. She then said she recieved the picture and that she would resubmit the order immediately. I asked what to do with the blue robe and she stated that i could donate it or keep it!
