Shipping was great, the design was perfect but when I received the growler there was a small chip around the opening which causes a small leak. This was a Christmas gift so I did not return!

When receiving the item, the sticker/label on the growler was crooked...and noticeably so. If it wasn't for that, the product would be great!

The items came on time but the stencils on the bottles were all over the place. I ordered four of these for my groomsmen and they stencils are not only in different spots from bottle to bottle, but a couple are crooked and not angled right.

Loved the idea, as I needed some vessels for my first batch of beer. After the first wash, the dull grey ink looked like I cleaned it with a wire brush rather than the sponge I used. I guess it looks vintage now. I would honestly prefer a Hydro Flash at this point.

My fiancé home brews so I thought this would be great for his birthday. When I first gave it to him it was perfect, but the etching started to fade, now only after a month the etching has almost completely faded. I wish the etching was brighter and actually lasted.

Ordered a beer growler and had the wording and name customized. It was done correctly, but so faintly and lightly on the glass, when you touch the area it almost fades completely.
