The picture was blurry on the screen, but crisp on the ornament. The software kept flipping the picture too. Once I got the correct direction I decided to purchase even though I was unsure of the picture quality. Customer service wasn't very helpful about the picture image. The told me to use a different camera/picture. I did and quality still wasn't right...online. Not sure everyone will take a chance. Glad I did.

Love this product! My ornament arrived very quickly and is adorable! Everyone loves it! It is a very nice quality and size and comes with a narrow ribbon to hang on the tree. I would highly recommend this product. Personalization mall never disappoints!

3rd time purchasing this ornament I originally bought these for my 3 Shibas then bought a set for my aunt and uncle for Christmas for their dogs. Well, they added a family member so I needed another. Now my family has grown by 4 paws so I guess I'll be ordering another.

Pet Ornaments I received both of my double sided pet ornaments and they are absolutely beautiful. I bought two as gifts for my sister and my son for their pets. The quality of the picture as well as the information written on the back was so amazing. The ornament has some weight to it, so it feels a lot more expensive than it was. The shipping was extremely fast. I was able to get these ornaments and mail them out and they were received before Christmas. I love this website and the quality of work that it does.

Remembrance ornament I ordered this ornament as a remembrance for a dog family member that was not with us long enough for her own Christmas ornament. The ornament was a little pricey for this time of year (February), but well worth it. It is a quality piece that I am so happy to have and will display on the tree this Christmas.

So happy with this The ornament is exactly what I hoped it would be. Large, feels sturdy, and the colors are spot on. It'd be nice if there was a little bit more room on the reverse-side custom text, but there's nothing else I'd change. Relatedly, Personalization Mall went out of their way to help me after my first package was stolen. Could not be happier.

Pleasantly surprised I ordered several of these for family with new pets. The quality is excellent and it was very easy to design/personalize the ornaments. I was so pleased that I purchased more and also a fleece throw with 5 pictures. I appreciate that the design software lets you know if the quality of the picture is appropriate and it doesn't let you use a picture that is low quality. All of the items I purchased look exactly like the preview.
