wonderful response I expressed through an email that I wasn't impressed with the centering of my daughters name on the ornament. Within 24 hours I received a very nice response asking me to send a picture of the ornament. I did. Again within 24 hours I received a notice that the ornament would be replaced and sent to me -no charge!!
The replacement arrived just a few days later!!
This is customer service above and beyond anything I have experienced recently!

It is heavier than I expected so hopefully the person I am giving it too has some strong branches on their tree. I didn't like the fact that the string wasn't already attached. When giving as a gift, that could go missing or undetected. I went ahead and attached myself before I send as a gift. The string didn't alter my review because the ornament itself lived up to my expectations and more.
