I bought 2 of these to give as Christmas gifts. They are so cheap looking! The website distorts how big the engraving looks on the ornament. It is so tiny on the tiny ornament that you can barely read it. I am embarrassed by what they look like! I will not be giving them as Christmas gifts!

I’ve ordered from the Personalization Mall a number of times over the years
& I have always been satisfied with my
orders. This time, I ordered one of the
etched glass ornaments for close family
friends & the wrong etched glass ornament was sent. My friend & her husband were not sure what to make of the etched sentiments. Needless to say, I knew right away that they had received the wrong one. I’ve been unable to speak with a CSR to rectify
this problem, no one is answering!

I have ordered from this company many time and have always been very satisfied. Just when I became very comfortable this order came. None of the printing on any of these ornaments were centered. I am very disappointed with these ornaments. I do not have time to return them and get new ones as they need to be mailed out. I feel the company should have noticed this before they sent them out. They should be more careful on their quality control. I may have to find another company.

The personalization on this item is very difficult to read and the ornament itself just feels plain.

The ornaments look pretty cheap and the hole which was drilled to hang the ornaments is not clean - there are scratches around it. I was hoping to make this a Christmas tradition of the places we've traveled and the year but I don't think I'll be ordering again.

I ordered 2 of these ornaments and both arrived with engraving off center. I had them redone a second time and this time the engraving was centered but too high in the ornaments and the top word on both ran into the hole where the ornaments are hung. I ended up getting a refund.
