My company wanted to hand out customized ornaments to our employees for our holiday event, and it needed to be something a bit nicer than the norm (not plastic or anything cheesy). This particular ornament fit the bill for us, since it is glass & the etching gave it a more upscale feel. Timing was a concern because we had only 7 days to get these in time for the event. PMall was the only place able to deliver this kind of quality customized option within our time frame, and in fact, even end up delivering 2 days earlier than they promised -- so we were ecstatic! All etching came in accurate & clean. We accidentally dropped 1 ornament on a tile floor & yet it remained intact without shattering, so it seems to be rather durable, too. The only negatives were that there were "Made in China" stickers on them which obstructed the view of date (so we had to spend time removing all the stickers), and the 14" long x 1/8" wide silver ribbon that came with the ornament was a bit thin for size of the ornament. As a result, we embellished it by adding a slightly wider piece of ribbon (14" x 3/8" ) in our company color & a silver bead to better enhance the look. Overall, a great success!

I purchased 14 of these and every one was perfect. The red velvet presentation bag is a nice touch. We have a 5k in our community of Thanksgiving Eve. My grandfamilies and I participate; however, none of us are fast enough to place in the race, so I have one of these made for each family member to commemorate the event. They all enjoy receiving them.

I have been buying from Personalization Mall for over 15 years and have always been totally satisfied with the product and the service. This time though I paid for expedited shipping. The products arrived 5 days late. Not happy with Laser Ship.

My only criticism is that your selection this year is so limited. In the past you had many to choose from.

I have been getting personalized ornaments for my granddaughters from PMall for 13 years. I've never been disappointed. One year -- forever ago -- one had engraving that was crooked. Boom!!! PMall sent me another one pronto.

These ornaments are so beautiful because you can change the name sections for words and actually write a meaningful message to your loved one.

It’s perfect! Using as a wedding gift tag. And it’s also their first ornament. The brides name is Crystal, so naturally one has to buy crystal.

This made my 6 year old grandson so happy he was beside himself. Did not think he would understand the meaning of a precious item. He got the meaning on the ornament immediately. Thank the Lord for that. I am pleased with this item.
