This tray is a wonderful gift. The first one I received had smears and scratches on it. I contacted Customer Service and they quickly sent me another one and it was beautiful. Great product and great customer service. Will not hesitate to order from this company again.

Had a bit of a blip as my first one arrived scratched but I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship, especially the many font choices I could pick from. And being able to see how the font actually fits on the item is fantastic! Customer service is excellent!

Love this sweet jewelry tray. Slightly smaller than I expected, but very cute. Loved the personalization. Wrapped up nicely in tissue and plastic inside a cute Mairposa teal rectangular box. Perfect gift. Highly recommend.

This tray is smaller than I thought it would be but it turned out to be just perfect. It is a gift for my daughter and she will love it. The tray came packaged nicely and the engraving was very nice. Excellent gift.

This is cute and nice! I knocked off a star because it is tiny, even after reading the other reviews and pulling out my ruler before I ordered.

Beautiful tray although some of the letters seemed smeared at the top. Tray was also smaller than expected but still a nice product

This appears bigger than it actually is. Would've preferred a tray that could hold a few bottles of perfume.

Please be aware in buying this jewelry tray that the size of it is as big as a soap dish. Being it was so small the engraving was extremely hard to see. I would not recommend this unless you intend to use it in the bathroom as a soap dish. The size of the tray shown is very deceiving. Tried to tell Personalization Mall but they really were not interested.
