This ornament is a wonderful way to honor your loved ones who are no longer physically with us, but watch over us everyday. The ordering was easy and shipping was fast.

Like how the product turned out, but it does seem more expensive than necessary. I think a discount should be given for 5 or more, if not 2 or more. Then more money if you want a simple bag to store over summer. Then there is a big charge (like $20+ for 6 ornaments) at the end after you've done design and whatnot for slow production and shipping and handeling, and significantly more for faster. Again, great product, misleading pricing.

I love that you can personalize the ornaments with pictures and basically whatever you want said on the ornament.

The ornaments are just as pictured and made with sturdy material. I appreciate them so much. But with beauty comes sadness. For the last five years, I have been purchasing for my siblings as our parents, children and other siblings passed. We are now down from seven to three siblings. Our memories on ornaments will now be passed to our children for their trees.

I was very surprised by my ornaments. The photo looks like the actual photo and the ornament is thick but not to heavy. I am glad the ornament came out as great as it did, to remember our loved one at Christmas.
