Wasn't sure what to expect. I received a double packaged box with a bow on it, I opened the box to a tissue paper wrapped gem! Great job Guys my wife's going to love it!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mom and Since Christmas isn't here yet, I don't know her reaction. However I was able to fit all 23 names of my family onto these cute little puzzle pieces by using slashes in between. I haven't been able to find a personalized gift so far that I was able to do that on!
And for the price, this item is unbeatable. It's not glass, or even fiber glass, but it still looks pretty and is a good display size! Can't wait to see my moms reaction on Christmas!

This Personalized Heart Puzzle Keepsake turned out to be pretty good. Like other reviewer's mentioned it's not too big & not too small, just the right size! I was just hoping it was made out of glass to give a little more timeless look. My order took about 5 days to arrive, but that could be because I made a purchase on a weekend rather than a business day, in any case package arrived just in time + got a coupon. I placed an order as a guest but returned and created an account to be able to preview other goodies on this site, and already been receiving coupons and other previews of things they have featured. Transaction was very smooth and easy, I'm definitely coming back here again.

I really like the heart and definitely would reorder for other family as a gift. This time round its an Anniversary preset for a family which has their kids & grand-kids scattered around all over, so for them to have a reminder who is part of the family in 2016 is a great gift, I think :)
