Very cool with family names and design. Good size. Arrived as described. Like the other reviews I read before I purchased: There needs to be stand. 5 stars with a stand. You will need to find a stand yourself or lay flat which no-one can see.

I absolutely loved my heart , i got it for my mom for mother’s day . the reason i gave 4 stars is because during the shipping to me , one of the sides chipped . also , i paid extra to have it in 2 days and i got it in 3 .

Was delivered to the wrong apartment, but thank God for honest neighbor. Product very nice and good quality

This was by far the best Christmas gift I gave my mother. She even cried however I wished it was a little bigger. Overall great

Not too heavy. Easy to clean. Names printed cleanly.
NOT an actual puzzle! It does not "fit together". Puzzle pieces are drawn on, not cut out.

Very nice product just a little smaller than I was expecting.

Item arrived as described but was expecting it to be slightly larger and feel more like glass (vs. thick plastic). I ordered some custom glass frames in my order and they were of fantastic quality and had some good weight to them. Felt better quality overall in comparison to this item, however I’m still happy with the finished product. No mistakes, arrived quickly, and was exactly what I expected apart from the minimally lacking quality compared to the website’s other products. Thanks so much!

The keepsake shows up as you design it which is great, but it’s a lot smaller than it looks.

Quite durable and gorgeous. Just wish it came with some sort of stand.

This slick little piece looks really nice on the mantle. Wish I would’ve read the size before I purchased it. It’s about half the size I thought it was. I haven’t measured it but I’d guess it’s between 3-4 inches tall and roughly that wide . All together it’s cool

Bought this item as a gift for someone special. Item was great. It looks nice and was done professionally. It was just a little bit smaller than what I anticipated. The person still loved it. I would recommend it.

You would think for the money spent you would receive a stand it's about worth less if you can't display it. Otherwise very nice product.

The piece itself is beautiful! However I paid extra for the gift box and ended up throwing it out. The gift box came in torn and flattened out and just.. not presentable. The logo on the gift box was too big... the point of a gift box is so that we don't have to wrap it... couldn't you put it on the inside or something? There are better boxes at my local dollar store than the $6 I paid for that box. If you're going to make a gift box an option, make it out of sturdier cardboard.

I would have given it a 5 star had it not been for this issue: I had ordered 2 other similar items like the "Together We Make A Family Personalized Heart Puzzle Keepsake - Item #: 15371" and they both came in nice black boxes. But this items was simply wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped. It is a gift and it was very disappointing to receive a fragile item in bubble wrap.

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I thought it is made of glass. It’s plastic. Still looks great though and more durable that way.

All in all it was great but I thought it was going to be a bit bigger than it was.

I bought this as a 50th Anniversary gift for my Parents. They actually enjoy putting puzzles together as a hobby so the 'puzzle' look was cute. I put their names with a '50 years' puzzle piece between their names then put our family names around them. They LOVED it. It is a bit small, but beautiful. Note it comes in a small box so you really don't need to purchase the additional boxes. They look the same with the 'personalizationmall.com' on them anyway. I would definitely purchase this item again as a gift for someone else.

The product was beautiful, except for the fact that you guys forgot to add one of my daughters name to it. On the pre package display it was all there, but once received different story

The gift came just in time for Mother's Day. My wife loved it, there was a name spelled wrong but I am not sure if it was a typo on my end or the company's so I don't want to complain but it is still a beautiful piece and my wife loves it. Will be ordering a new one sometime

I bought this as a Fathers Day gift for my husband and was really surprised at the size! Since it is just a knick nac, I really bought it for our home and had the perfect place to put it, now I'll have to rethink it.

First off, it's a solid good quality peice. It has a nice weight to it and very attractive. I Only have 2 wishes: it were a tad bit bigger and the top name was the same font size as the rest. Honestly i see plenty of space for the top name to be sized more apopriately. Anyway, it's still great and my wife loves it. Thank you

I purchased two separate hearts for my mother and mother-in-law. They both loved them. My only complaint is they did not offer a larger size. 5x5 is not large enough for a show stopping piece. Otherwise the quality was fabulous and made my moms smile. Thanks.
