Cute, but small. Would look so much better if it wasn’t acrylic.. and if you can position the names the way you want instead of one being the opposite. Also, don’t waste your time paying extra for a box.. it’s incredibly cheap and came dented.
Also, the price dropped $10 the day after Christmas so don’t buy it before a holiday.

It’s pretty but I thought it would’ve been bigger for the amount you are paying but I guess it’ll do I just won’t be ordering anything else from here.

Absolutely love it! Only one main problem is it came with a big piece chipped out of the glass so it is broken brand new. So that makes it disappointing because it is a beautiful piece. It was for my mother's birthday.

It surprised me how beautiful it looked in person, but there was a scratch when I received it. So trash. I guess it's nice despite how terrible the product was handled.

Looked cooler online

Although my husband likes the heart as it was a Father’s Day gift, I feel the quality of the product is not great. It simply feels cheap.

Not as high quality as you’d hope it’s only about the size of an Xbox one controller and isn’t glass it’s plastic but still a great piece my wife loved it. 3.5/5

Although the inscription is beautifully done, the heart is extremely small. It appears to be much larger than it is. Very disappointed by the size . Money poorly spent.

Although my mom loved it, there were a few things she was unhappy about. She wished it wasn’t clear so that you can see it more, it kind of just blends in with the room. She wishes it was bigger it’s a tiny bit bigger than her hand. Also she would’ve liked it if some of the names weren’t on the weird angle they were on, it’s quite difficult to read

The product looked amazing except around the edges there was some rough parts. It wasn't smooth. I was going to call and return the item but it was a gift sent to Texas and I live in Arizona. Feels like to much to go through all that. I wanted the gift to be perfect and it wasn't. Kind of disappointed. I ordered one more item we will see how it turns out.

It's nice, but I expected it to look a little better. No way is it worth the original price of $35.00. It is nice for a little keepsake.

Very pretty

Looks great but the box was ripped when it arrived.Not the box it arrived in, the gift box i paid extra for was ripped. Couldn't use the gift box.

From the title and description I was expecting pieces of a puzzle that fit together to form a complete heart. Buyer keep in mind this product is in fact ONE solid piece.

Gift box came assembled (which I didn't pay for) I'm sure they were doing me a favor, however by doing so, gift box received damage during shipping, to the extent that it is not acceptable.

All in all it's a good product.

Thought it would be bigger

While the product was great. Got it super fast. It was very much smaller than you would think. I'm not unhappy just somewhat disappointed because of the size nothing else. It looks great and all.

I liked it but it was a little smaller then I thought it would be. the price was too much for what you get. but I like it besides that.

do not love this product and the reason is that because of the way it is designed the name at the top in the smaller puzzle piece is smaller than the other areas and it does not look good. Trying to decide if I will keep it or get a credit

Of the letter was didn't make it in the puzzle piece like the preview picture showed but it was to late to return wanted to give for the holiday

The preview picture looked great. The item came in and the one year in the left top corner is ran into the heart in the middle. I was expecting it to look like the picture since I had to proof it. The Idea is great, but I know my wife will notice it right away so I'm not even sure if I will give as a gift to her now.

The engraving turned out well but I am not happy with the size. They don’t specify measurements and in the picture it looks bigger and if you go to stores stuff like that is bigger even if you get it personalized and I thought it would be glass but they don’t mention any of that stuff anywhere or not that I noticed. I would never buy anything off of here again because who knows the sizes of all these items and what it’s truly made out of

The item was nice but the edges were not smooth around it. If I run my finger on the edges it is very rough on one side of the heart. Wish it was all smooth. Will not order again.

Got ripped off with the 2 day shipping ' product is OK... one name looks backwards.(Ethan). they def should of put it facing the other way.....

For the size of the actual item is was very expensive. Much much smaller than expected

Spent $30 & got a tiny non glass product ! It was made of what felt like plastic & was very very small compared to the picture .

Very disappointed with it. One of the names looks backwards and everyone we show says it as well but company says they see no problem. Should have checked preview more I understand but I would be ashamed as a company to have sent this out and say its ok.
